Just had 3 pizzas delivered. I spent 60 dollars with tip. 1 large pizza and two cauliflower pizzas. Pizza was tasty but they were very small pizzas. I felt like I got ripped off. The large pizza was the size of a small or maybe medium pizza anywhere else and the cauliflower pizzas were the size of a personal pizza. The wife and kids enjoyed the small portions and I had leftovers as there wasn’t enough for everyone.

We used to order from here about once a week. It used to be great. It is now terrible. I heard from one of their employees they were bought out. The app no longer works at all. Twice in a row now they didn’t have a delivery driver. The first time they called from a non store number but didn’t leave a message. I had to call them back after over an hour of not getting my food to figure out what was going on. This most recent time they called from the store phone so I answered. They said they were out of lettuce so we couldn’t get our salad. They took it off the order but also dropped the coupon we used. I caught this and called them back they said they were crediting this back and we would see it in 3-5 days. (I have no idea if that will actually happen)I expressed my frustration but thanked them. After more than an hour with no delivery I called again. They checked on it and when they came back they said “we’re so sorry but our delivery driver has gone home for the night.” What?

So upsetting, I love their cauliflower crust (expensive but delicious) we used to order once a week, but like other reviews say ‘not worth it since you don’t know if you’ll get your food or not’. We’ve had it happen too many times now where we’ve ordered delivery and it comes over an hour later (after we have to call and find out where it is) and we get cold pizza. Their excuse is always the same and they don’t seem to care. We will not be ordering here anymore.

Tyler, whom I believe is the store manager, is an absolute asset to the Mooresville Marco’s Pizza franchise. He went to great lengths to make sure we were taken care of and happy. We had an issue with our delivery and Tyler took the time out of his busy day to go back and forth with us and tech support, to make sure our concern was taken care of.

I am very unhappy with Marcos right now. I placed a delivery order at 5:15 for a 6:15 delivery. At 6:30 I called to see where our order was and was told they only had 1 driver and it would be here soon. No problem. Call back at 6:45 asking again for an update. I was told the driver still wasn’t back and it would be easier to come pick up my order for a discount. I did. When I arrive my order is nowhere to be found, and the delivery driver is in the store. No sign of my pizza at all and no explanation or apology for not knowing where any of my order was.

My family from out of state is visiting so I pre-ordered 3 pizzas, a family salad, and chicken wings at 6:30 pm to arrive at our house by 7:30 and we received a confirmation email directly after the order was placed and our amex was charged. Two hours later we were still waiting on our pizzas so we decided to call Marcos. They proceeded to tell us that they just cancelled our order, after we had already paid, and that they will not refund our order (in the amount of $84.48). No one contacted us to let us know the order was cancelled. We are extremely disappointed that the customer service and lack of follow up was not handled professionally. Marcos has lost a long-time repeat customer. Meanwhile at 8:20 in the evening on a holiday weekend we are scrambling to feed 10 people.

Had the pizza delivered and there certainly is a time and place for Marcos pizza. It’s more a veg on the couch Sunday afternoon in your PJs kind of pizza. I like the corn meal crust which is a positive. They do need to scale back on sauce though because you can basically squeeze it out of every slice

Meatiest all-meat pizza EVER!! Normally pizza joints get skimpy on the toppings for their all-meat selection. At Marco’s they just pile on the toppings over a bed of thick, melty cheese. The crust is just the right blend between thick-doughy and too-thin-crispy. We’ll definitely be ordering from Marco’s again.
