Really good lasagna. Was up in area with group of friends and we had previously made reservations to eat here. However our program ran later than expected. We called and left them know they had our tables ready and waiting for us. Didn’t hear anyone complain about their food. Service was great. Would definitely eat there again!

I was there for dine in service a few times and had great service. I placed a order over the phone today. My subs ended up being made incorrect. When i called to have the subs made correctly the lady had a nasty attitude and did not even apologize for the subs being incorrect. She told me to bring back the incorrect subs. She did not make any effort to correct the situation.

Unprofessional delivery driver, impolite staff and awful food. Paid the driver for my order with a $50 bill, she leaves, returns 10 minutes later and BANGS on my front door demanding I “open my door” and “pay for my food” I open the door, tell her I already paid her, she verifies that she did indeed receive a $50 bill and then finally leaves. I call the manager to let them know what’s going on and the experience I just had all she has to say is “oh sorry”

My boyfriend and I come here pretty often. We usually get the cheese steak and buffalo chicken egg rolls which are amazing. Everytime we sit ourselves down, Kristy knows exactly what we want to drink. She’s very personable and sweet. She’s always on top of things. I recently had the Bainbridge burger and I’m convinced that’s what I will eat all the time. Great food, great atmosphere.

Took my kids out for dinner, yes the food was good… but the level of service… top notch. Drew and Christy were on point with everything. I didn’t have to ask for anything, they were on it. Pleasant and personable, even to the kids. Thanks guys!

If an establishment is dirty, the quality/taste of the food is null and void. Every booth seat had crumbs/food swept onto it from the person wiping down the tables. Plates we received with the extremely small serving of fries were visibly dirty. The plates we then received with the pizza were ALSO visibly dirty. If I easily saw that then why didnt the waitress? To me, that’s part of their job. Bathroom was gross as well, bare minimum cleaning with dust all over. Also, the waitress had an overall uninterested demeanor. Could hear conversation between her and someone at the bar which involved some cussing. Inappropriate with several young children in the restaurant area. Won’t be going back.
