Elegant eatery right downtown. Easily walking distance from anywhere DT. Great food and booze in a lively atmosphere. Lots of variety on the menu. Extensive beer and wine menu with a full bar as well. Lots of local favorites. The dining area is set up nicely with large booths for groups, small tables for date night and a nice bar for quick bites. Glad we stopped in here for dinner on our work trip. Highly recommend.

With a party of 6 celebrating our friends birthday we ventured to the quaint city of LeGrange Georgia where we encountered Mare Sol. We arrived on the early side of Happy Hour since we know reservations are hard to get. Our server Jen was very patient as we asked so many questions about menu items. Our food came quickly and was delicious. I loved the ambiance with the open floor plan and the natural lighting. Our food was hot and tasty. The wine recommendation was on point. This is definitely a place to try if you find yourself in this small town as they are trying to do big things with flavor. I do wish they had more gluten free options.

Oh my – so good!! I had tomato bisque and a Greek salad and both were delicious. In the photo is my Greek salad and my friend’s meatloaf. She loved it also. We had a party of 9 and everyone enjoyed their food. Portions were fairly large. Service was great as well. Highly recommended!!!

Delicious food. I enjoyed the nameless soup of the week (waiter did not know the name of the soup). She described it as stuffed bell peppers soup…? Tasted just like it. My fiancé enjoyed a steak sandwich (one of the best I’ve had). The atmosphere reminded me of my hometown. Enjoyed it very much.

My party of 4 took my mom here for lunch the Saturday before Mothers Day. The service outstanding, didn’t have to ask for anything. We shared a dip trip appetizer, I had the grilled salmon, 2 had blackened chicken pasta, and one had shrimp and grits. All the food was wonderful, the only criticism my party had was the portions seemed small for the price (except the grits). All in all it was a good experience, not sure it would be my first pick for a return but definitely will at some point.
