There’s nothing bad to say about it! Employees make you feel right at home, the environment is great but can sometimes be a bit loud. They have a nice outdoor dining area. The food is amazing. This is the best place for Mexican food in town, don’t even bother with anywhere else! I have been coming here more than once a week for almost 10 years and it has always been a very high quality and well-ran establishment!

Margarita’s Jalisco is one of my go-to stops for great food at a fair price in Topeka. Their weekday lunch specials are a good deal and the portions are still fairly large. Be careful to be clear about what you want when ordering over the phone. I did have one instance in which I was severely overcharged for a pick up order, but I have had enough good experiences here to forgive them for one simple mistake.

Not often would I advise visiting a restaurant during a power outage, but that is what happened for a party celebrating a friend’s promotion. The staff definitely rose to the occasion. Upon entering the dark restaurant we were given the option to leave stay based on the ability to pay. Since the grill is gas food was still available. There were some drinks that required power that were not. We sat on the patio and the staff found lighting for us. From there, they figured out how to take the order for our huge party and serve us. We would have never guessed we were in the middle of a power outage. I am going to have to go back when the lights are on and hope the service is great then as well.

We were there for lunch on Wednesday…we had had them recommended by 3 people the day before. We had a great lunch for a great price over all. Only disappointments were the guacamole was bland and my friend said the ice tea tasted musty/moldy. Thanks!!!

The food is awesome! The atmosphere is rustic and outdated aside from the flat screen TV’s. The staff is split. Some of them have wonderful personalities others not so much. No matter the cons the food is well worth the visit!

We choose to sit outside, daytime. The service wasn’t so well, after we got seated. Long waits for items needed. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was fun and chill, family type setting. The food was ok. The taste wasn’t that authentic but still ok. The margaritas, in the rocks, were good.
