About Business
Finally tried their pizza. Pros: they have an XL size which is great, cheese and sauce were flavorful, and crust was pretty good. Cons: pizza could have been cut better, not as good after reheating, and unfortunately it did mess up my stomach after eating it for both nights and I am an avid pizza eater..Not sure if it was my stomach or the pizza but doubt I will return.

We ordered delivery yesterday for the first time since they were the runner up in the pizza contest by Delaware Online. They just left the pizza on our porch (when we didn’t select to have our order dropped at our door) so it was cold by the time we realized it was there. Also, one of our specialty pizzas was made incorrectly. We ordered a white Buffalo chicken pizza, and it was made with red sauce. The pizza was good, but we were disappointed with the experience overall.

Food is great, don’t change anything in that respect. Service, I’m not used to being spoken to that way anymore, honestly. The attitude of the girl upfront when I didn’t understand what she was saying and she wouldn’t take the time to explain it was irritating. I’m hearing impaired. I’m younger and I don’t look like it but I am. She was more interested in talking to the guys around and treated me like an interruption so I doubt informing her would have helped. Becoming defensive and throwing up an attitude is never the way to go. You’re not good at business if this is the face of it. I paid, I tipped the poor kid that checked me out who looked very uncomfortable, and left without a scene. Figured this review would be enough. Food is great so unfortunately I will never give you another dime.

If you like extra sausage on your pizza DO NOT get your pizza from Margherita’s. Twice I ordered it, came home, opened the box and could hardly detect any sausage at all. Ridiculous! I don’t mind paying extra but not for ghost sausage Shame on you guys! Jeez!
