The service was absolutely amazing. Clean the booth for us because they were busy. Ulysses gave great recommendations and salsa to go . I had some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had in Oregon. Good margaritas. Nice atmosphere. Did I say the service was great? Old guy walks in and he says hi. Stephen and here’s your food and I got you chips and salsa to go.

Very tasty food for a great price. I got the Combo Fajita with chicken, beef, and shrimp ($24) plus Chiles toreados ($1.50) and enjoyed them very much. My shrimp did have a little shell so I feel I should mention that but again it tasted very good. My husband got the Arroz con Pollo ($21) and thought it was very good. He rated it as mildly spicy. We found the Chiles Toreados very pleasant and mildly spicy. We used an habanero sauce they provided to spice things up and it was also tasty. My virgin piña colada was a bit bland but I make them at home a lot and maybe I’ve become a bit snobby about them. Haha. Overall great experience.

With so many really good Mexican restaurants in our area I never thought to try this place. Wow was I missing out. The food has so much flavor and a reasonable amount. I wish I would have tried this place sooner. My wife and I will be adding this to our list of places to frequent.

Me and my boyfriend came together looking for a Authentic Mexican place. My boyfriend got the enchilada plate with beans & rice it was alright to me but he liked it. I got the menudo which is hard to make because I remember my aunt having to buy it from one restaurant in California. I might have tried the wrong plate but my menudo plate was big but was not what I thought it was going to taste like it needed more flavor or spice. I was disappointed in my menudo because it was 20 dollars and I didn’t eat half of it because it didn’t taste right to me. I was hoping for some Tapatio or Valentina sauce to help the menudo but there wasn’t any. The staff was friendly and I really liked the homemade tortillas reminded me of making homemade tortillas with my grandpa. I love the decorations all around the restaurant beautiful. My drink was delicious and big which I really liked non alcoholic.

First and foremost, Maria Bonita makes their own tortillas, y son deliciosos!! The Al pastor taco was juicy with great flavor! The salsa for the chips was freshly made —I’m particular about jarred salsa and don’t understand why restaurants would make their own. Lastly, the service was wonderful!

The usual vegetarian options. Beans are OK, but only refried available. Rice not, but substituted salad. Chile Relleno was OK, as were the vegetarian enchiladas. Server was friendly, helpful, but service was a bit slow as she appeared to be alone.

Here we are, 1st time at Maria Bonita Mexican grill. The food was hot and the portions were nice. The corn tortillas are and were freshly made. I had the “carnitas de puerco” plate, there was a lot of meat but it was so fatty that it was hardly edible, flavor was good. The “Pollo a la crema” plate , the sauce was very flavorful, however there was only 2 small pieces of chicken. We also had the “enchilada verde” it was okay. The mugs of pop were large and over sized that was nice. The strawberry margarita was so salty you couldn’t taste the fruit. I didn’t even have to use the salt on the rim. Not sure if there was alcohol in it. The customer service was great. But at the end of it all I definitely would not return.

Stay away, had really bad service, people were really rude. They had people holding cardboard out in the parking promoting their food and I should have stayed away. If the place is good, no need for promotion. I also saw the restaurant workers telling people that their will be towed if they park by their restaurant and not eat there. Think twice before eating here.
