We went right before dinner and it was nice and empty. My complaint is that they were limiting the chips and salsa. One bowl only had 10 chips for like 4 people. And when we got guacamole they barely gave us any chips for it. We had to keep asking for chips and salsa. We were told the manager was questioning all the chips and salsa we asked for thinking we were wasting it. But they only brought out enough for one person and not four. I would say bring out the appropriate amount of chips for the table.

Maria Cuca is outstanding. The food is high quality. These are family recipes straight from Mexico. The margaritas are high quality. The owner and staff is great. I think this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in DFW. Its definitely worth whatever drive you have. I do not give this type of review very often.
