Had a great experience at Maria’s. Great place to get breakfast. I got the savory breakfast bowl. The fig dressing for it was delicious. I also have tried the new breakfast bowl and got it with quinoa. I loved the roasted mushrooms on it. However I wish it had a dressing to go with it. Both of the savory breakfast bowls are great healthy options. I also have had the ferry smoothie bowl which was delicious and so fresh. I loved the crunch of the cocoa nibs on the bowl.

Paid $25 for a salmon salad only for it to be cold because they put it in the fridge. My mochi bar was so small I felt ripped off. I paid $6 for a mini cake and I feel so robbed. It was dry and tasted expired. It didn’t taste like a mocho cake at all. I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke with had no type of empathy or customer service and was slightly rude about ME being upset with money I spent!

It’s a great place with high-quality and healthy food. Excellent customer service. And they have these delicious things called cakes in a jar. Made by a very small family owned bakery called sweet tooth bakery. Highly recommend you go and enjoy everything that Maria’s and sweet tooth bakery have to offer!

I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a turkey bacon/egg white quiché, and it was very dry and extremely, extremely salty! Turkey bacon is already salty, so I believe they added a lot of extra salt on the egg white mix. I could barely eat it. It also had a rubber texture as if it was baked for a couple of days already and re-heated. Size was very small.

Great coffee. Great breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service. I got a scone for my wife and she said something was bad in it…like inedible. I returned it and the workers didn’t know how to give a refund. I was told to return at 1pm when the owner would be there. She was not there at 1pm so I wrote down my number and she was supposed to call me. She never did. It’s not really about the $4 scone refund at that point. They were serving a bad batch of food and put me on a wild goose chase.

Everything about this place is fabulous. It is the anchor of the cool redevelopment project in downtown Troy, NY which a is great space to meet, hang out and enjoy some great eats. Maria’s has delicious coffee, great healthy food options, and the friendliest customer service. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you definitely should.

The best coffee place around! The staff is AMAZING. I go there every day for a coffee and they are always so welcoming and accommodating. The food is absolutely amazing too! If you are around the Troy area, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!
