The food is good. And they must use gloves because I found a piece of one in one of the brownies once. At least I thought it was a glove. one of the women working there is definitely “gruff” but if you’re polite to her anyway she will acknowledge that with a half smile or slightly less abrasive comment before hanging up. Really brightens your day. we like it though.

The staff members are unsanitary, no one wears gloves, touching the register and money then touching your food. Besides the unsanitary conditions they are also unfriendly, they act like you are an inconvenience. The previous owners are missed!

They don’t use gloves. That’s my only issue with this place. I think the department of health and food administration needs to pay them a visit.

I worked here for years. I had to leave to take care of my mother, who work here as well ( over 10 years) after she had a serious stroke. I just wanted to tell all my customers that I miss them and I am sure Barb does too!

We have been going to Maria’s on and off for awhile. So hit or miss. Today they ran out of hero rolls and charged us the same amount of money for a hard roll. Stated well you got fries. Well only one sandwich had fries. Not even very thick. No more visits for us. Who does that? Treat your customers better Maria’s. Not our fault you ran out of hero rolls. Do the right thing. Did it with a Godfather a few weeks ago. Hero much smaller same price. Twice in last 2 visits.
