Heard nothing but great things from my father in-law about their burritos, non-stop everyday telling me I wish you could go with me to Vernon to try them. I finally did and it’s the best burrito “breakfast or lunch” I’ve ever had. Can barely finish it all it was stuff packed with food to the brim.

Maria makes the best breakfast burritos in town. They’re big enough that you won’t even need to eat lunch. On Wednesdays, she makes papoosas (not sure on spelling) that are chicken and cheese or bean and cheese. They’re delicious! Everyone is very friendly and happy to see you. She also has very good lunch specials. You won’t be disappointed.

My breakfast burrito was delicious . They have a food truck in a corner of a paved lot with a drive through set up. I stood on foot in the line of vehicles because we had a trailer that wouldn’t make the tight turn and it began sprinkling. A man from inside came out to me and took my order then directed me to a covered sitting area to await my order out of the rain. Tortillas were homemade and all the ingredients were fresh! Great place to stop on wheels or otherwise.
