Great service and decent food. I wish I had known there was cilantro in the chile verde, though, as I despise its soapy taste. My wife enjoyed her Fajitas. The bite I had of them was good. My brother-in-law wished his dish had more meat and less cheese, but liked the flavor fine.

Great Mexican place. Was a little worried about service at first because when you walk in no one greets you at the front. Someone just hollered across the restaurant asking how many and pointed at a table. But the service was actually great. Our server was very attentive and nice. Food was fantastic and the margarita was strong.

Every employee was kind and very welcoming. Food came out quickly even though it was very busy and everything was delicious. Even was brought a free dessert for Mother’s Day. Also very reasonable prices! If we ever get back in the area we would for sure come back!! We loved our experience.

Located in strip mall Maria’s Mexican Grill serves flavorful food with good service. Parking is easy and this restaurant also has Mexican grocery store. Even though restaurant is pretty busy , management makes sure guests are properly seated and served. Interior is simple and food is authentic . Salsa is delicious. Pollo and Chorizo tacos are bomb. Don’t order Al Pastor chicken taco if you don’t like pineapple.I liked tamales here too.

The food is good but a little high on the price. The salsa and queso are average. The service staff is attentive. There’s no hostess stand so you’re waiting to be seen when you walk in. Staff is jovial but can come off to others as loud or abrasive. (They yell across other tables to address you.)

The service was great the waiter he was so nice and professional. The food was delicious their shrimp tacos are so good and you have mix the salsa and quest together it’s so good. Their flan is pretty good it’s take like cheesecake but also really sweet though. Overall experience 10/10

I have never in my life been asked to get up from a table at a restaurant right after we took our last bite of food. We met our good friends who drove from Martinsville to have a fun birthday dinner for our daughter. We arrived at Maria’s a bit before 6pm tonight and it was not super busy and had the pick of where we wanted to sit. We ordered our drinks…half of which didn’t come until after the food was brought and only came because of asking a few times and a few different severs. We asked for an extra salsa and chips as we sat down so each family had their own….they never brought us those after several times asking. We ordered cheese sauces as well for appetizers…my food and one other persons came as well. Once we waited for all of the food to be served in several shifts we then got our appetizer cheese sauces. Our friends had asked for and extra plate and rice as they were sharing fajitas. Took 3 time’s asking for that stuff and never getting it as well. They then changed us for the extra rice never received. We ate our food and the second we were done and never bringing the drink refills we asked several times they began to clear the table taking all of our drinks that we were not done with as well as all of our plates and chips as salsa not asking if we wanted more to drink or anything else. We then were approached twice to get up and leave as other parties were waiting…we literally had been there less than an hour total. My husband said something to a server and told him we come in here a lot to be told that if they weren’t busy we could have stayed as long as we wanted to. There were a few other large parties who had been there way before us that were done and not being treated the same. We normally are not treated like this there. We spent way over $100 and they could care less. I will NEVER step foot in that Maria’s Mexican Restaurant again. I felt as we were being singled out for some reason. Our friends drove a long way and we were trying to have some fun. I had told the server we were celebrating our daughters birthday and nothing was done about that. I was embarrassed we had recommended us eating there because it was such an shameful experience. Why would they treat people like that. There are way too many Mexican restaurants to choose from to be acting like this…let’s do better Maria’s.

Went today and though the food was ok, the service was the worst. The server claimed that she didn’t take care of us because we were “fuzzy” clients due to us asking for another spoon for our dessert, to which she said that we should just lick the spoons that we had.
