Always on the hunt for great tacos and Maria’s was on my list for a while and finally got there. Kind of surprised to see a somewhat empty dining room on a Friday night but went in anyways. Chips and Pico de Gallo came out right away, excellent very good homemade. Ordered the beef flautas as an appetizer. Very crunchy very tasty and a very big plate which was unexpected. Ordered 2 tacos 1 chicken and 1 carnita. I loved the flour tortilla, the chicken was on the dry side but tasty. Poured a little Pico on it and brought it back to life. The carnita was excellent. Also ordered the Local Burrito with steak. It was very tasty but I found that there wasn’t alot of steak inside which was disappointing. I will definitely come back for some tacos which seem to be very popular outside on the patio for walk ups. Oh and I can’t forget the bartender. He is awesome. Very knowledgeable of his tequilas made me a patron silver margarita on request.

Top tier, top shelf, five star bartender and service. We made it to the bar side that’s opened Thursday-Saturday and sat at the bar. Fabian, the bartender, gave us a one of a kind experience here in Bonita Springs. If you are in the area come though and ask for a tequila flight, a cocktail and a beer. You will absolutely have a good time. Thank you Fabian! You’re a rockstar! And Pedro is a five star server!

Had a great time at Maria’s for an early dinner! The chips were thick and crispy and served with fresh pico de gallo. We also of course ordered a side of guacamole which was delicious. The gorditas were a great size and incredibly tasty as well.

THE BEST bar and Mexican restaurant in the area. Drinks are smooth with real ingredients (none of the cheap stuff). The inside has a lot of items from the 1940s built into the ceiling/ walls brought in locally and overseas. Treated like family the whole time. Will be back on my next vacation to Bonita Springs.

Omg! The food fantastic, authentic, must try the Garditos! The homemade Masa no words can describe how delicious! The bartender Fabian, mixes a fabulous Margarita and a light you on fire Pina Coloda. The salsa is so fresh and the chips homemade. Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! Will def be back. A lil jewel on old 41!

I understand that in today’s world it’s hard to find workers, so service here lacked a little bit. The waiter we had was rushing all over doing his best, but we ordered our second margaritas when we placed our meal order and didn’t get them till well after we finished our meals. Our appetizers and my wife’s meal were beyond excellent, the food was well prepared and tasted great, my fajitas however did not come out on a sizzling hot platter as I witnessed at the table next to us. Regular margarita was also $10 which I find excessive. Even though the food tasted great you probably will not return.

Love the music during taco Tuesdays & cant beat $1 tacos . When ordering ask for additional guacamole & salsa on side or even order some veggie tacos to ensure getting some vegetables since beef & chicken tacos come only with the meat. The fresh , hand made margaritas are just wonderful & will give you both salt & sugar on the rim which is my favorite way to drink a margarita. Entertainment on Tuesday is fabulous as well to dance to & sing along with pop songs !!
