This weekends foodie adventure with my dad took us to Maricios Pizza in West Bend. We have had their pizza on a take out before and really enjoyed it. Last time we ordered the thin crust which was a nice crispy edge, good toppings and great flavor. This time we ordered the pan style with loads of toppings. It was super busy this Saturday night and they were short staffed, but the wonderful people who work there did a wonderful job of moving things along as well as taking care of us when we sat. The pizza was a thing of beauty (see pic). The crust was nice a crispy on the edges and not too thick. The real stunner was the amount of toppings. At almost 2 inches deep, the pizza was absolutely loaded. Tons of cheese! It was masterful. My dad and I have been to some pretty good pizza places and sampled many deep dish pies and this one is definitely in the top two. Thank you very much for making a wonderful memory of us on this evening!

Outside of the stellar food, the staff puts this place above and beyond most restaurants in West Bend. I’ve yet to have a bad meal, bad service, or an unpleasant time there. The staff loves what they do and it shows in their attitude and the fun they have at their jobs every day. They take joy and serving you and it definitely shows. And the pizza and the sandwiches and the appetizers… All amazing! And the prices are decent they’re not going deplete your bank account! This is one of my favorites!

I’m surprised I have to write this. I used to have more respect for this restaurant. I ordered carry out. Philly with fries and meatball bomber with onion strings. Floored to hear the total was $35. It was not good. A small amount of meat. Definitely not worth it. I reached out to the owner and sent a picture. She said yes I saw the picture. No offer of any goodwill. Just “ya I saw the picture”. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Ordered two eggplant strips appetizers that I couldn’t eat I know it was in styrofoam but it was cooked in old oil and I refused to give it to my dogs plus the marinara sauce container and flattened some of the eggplant , the beef sandwich was decent bread and the taste was alright but like most other places it’s fake roast beef or if I buy roast beef at pig or pik and save warm it up in au jus buy a fresh bun I’m better off but wanted to try this place out and the pizza was sausage and was like eating cardboard and I know if I dined in it would have been better but I also know if the oil would have been changed recently the eggplant would have been the best thing out of all of them I don’t want to bad mouth any place but I wouldn’t order again from there

Food was great. Service not so much. Had to ask for refills, plates and silverware. Dirty plates were never cleared. Never asked how our food was. Never offered dessert. Hoping it was just an off night cause I’ve heard great things. Will try again cause the food was great.

Nice place to eat. We went for lunch. One child liked the thin crust Pepperoni pizza, the other like the Chicken Alfredo. The adults had pizza and breadsticks, was very good. We had the lasagna pizza and my favorite was the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Maricio’s in Barton – DEEP DISH #PIZZA served with a TON of ❤! This isn’t my first time having their pizza, but it is the first time I have dined at the restaurant. This is a very Special Pizza Family! Kind, Attentive, FUN, & ENERGETIC!
