We were passing through Waller Texas and needed something for dinner. We passed this little taco stand and decided to give it a go. Boy, we’re we glad we did. The food was amazing!! Not much variety, but the beef birria tacos were out of this world! Not sure we will have the opportunity to pass through Waller again, but if we do, we are definitely eating at Marimba’s.

I love the “birria”. Today I tried street tacos “al pastor” and it was so delicious. I haven’t found anything on the menu that I don’t like. The hot sauce has a great taste plus spicy. I love Your Food!!!

Amazing food. The taco”birria” is a very unique dish for me. Especially since it comes with a soup to dip your taco into before eating it. I’m from Louisiana and love spicy food. The sauces at Marimba de Sabores have a great flavor and plenty of spice.
