Nice little place, on the water edge. We had two mixed drinks which were very good! Food was good too.. my favorite was the appetizer. Wings had a good crunch and tenderness to them. I had a chicken sandwich and side Cesar salad both were good.

If you’re near Harborside drive, you’ve gotta drop in or by the channel, moor up and enjoy the food! After the 1st day of our training, we went back a 2nd day and it was very well worth it! The Fish tacos and Shrimp tacos were amazing!

Decent patio bar tucked out of the way nice place to watch a sunset it’s upstairs so it gets a nice breeze it’s a burger and beer kinda place didn’t care for the cheese sticks describe on menu as mozzarella was like velveta only gripe friendly wait staff very local vibe will be back for the view + dog friendly

While on Vacation we ate at the Marina Bar and Grill. We had a great time here as a family. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the hush puppies. The service and the atmosphere were also top notch. Don’t leave without doing a baby beer shot! This place is at the top of our list whenever we are in Galveston!

This hidden gem tucked away on the East End sure has improved and offers amazing views of the harbor and cruise ships. I had not returned for a couple of years, even though I live a couple of blocks away. Promptly greeted and drink orders taken. My chicken sandwich was juicy and well seasoned. Huge portion of seasoned fries. Will definitely return to try their signature drinks and seafood items, and enjoy a gorgeous Galveston sunset over the harbor.

I’ve visited MBG probably 9 times and left 3 of those times after waiting 20 minutes for a menu and water. This owner needs to either hire another wait person or follow the Coastal Grill model where patrons order at the counter and sit down. Back of the house is great… food has always been good. Front of the house needs work. I know it’s hard to get good servers in Galveston. Another reason to try and mostly eliminate them, if possible.

We stumbled upon Marina Grill after a day at Stewart Beach. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. The bartender/waiter was very friendly and the crowd was also. They have a bar and several TVs. What makes this place great is its location on the marina of the yacht basin, away from the hustle and bustle of the Seawall or Strand. It has a lovely view of the harbor and the sunsets are sublime. It was lovely after the sunset with nice lighting. My only complaint was that the kitchen closes at 8 pm on weekdays, which is before the sunset during the summer. We made it there with 10 minutes to spare/order. They should keep the kitchen open a little longer during the daylight savings hours… People are just coming off the water/beaches at 8 pm and looking for food! We will be back… We will just have to watch our time!

This is a great place to just relax, have a few drinks and enjoy the view. My son and I ordered the MBC platter and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. The boudin egg rolls were amazing. And the buffalo wings were great!
