Just had the worst customer service experience with someone on the phone here. Called when they opened at 11am to see if I could place an order for a few trays of food to be delivered at 5:30pm this afternoon. The man said they usually need orders like that 4-5 days in advance, but still asked what I wanted. After telling him the order, he asked for my phone number and as I was giving it to him he cut me off and said it didn’t match his records. He then asked for the phone number of the house it was being delivered to, which I didn’t have as I’m sending it to a family as a bereavement gesture. He then asked for the address, which I provided, and he said “do you really need this today?”. I said yes if possible, but no worries if you’re not able to. He then responded aggressively with “Fine. Then go call someone else & abruptly hung up on me.” Although I’ve had their food before and it’s quite good, I will no longer be giving them my business as this experience was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would have given them zero stars, however it wouldn’t let me post this review without at least leaving 1.

Food was good as always. But gave me hard time about seperate checks for my senior group, wanted to charge us extra $2.50. Didn’t get that we had some cash, some cards. I couldn’t seperate myself. Then 1 senior had water and was charged for soda. When I went to ask for adjustment, guy actually came to our table to look at cups and check. Was really insulted!!

Mario’s does a great job of accommodating a dining room filled shoulder to shoulder with hungry patrons! It is a cozy, buzzing atmosphere with servers bobbing and weaving through tight spaces to keep guests satisfied- and they do! Mussels marinara were tender and tasty, pizza was cooked to the right amount of crunch for my taste. They even take reservations!
