Lidia-great waitress!!! 1st time here with a group for friends. Had a great experience drinks and refills without asking, orders taken and salads arrived shortly after. The meals were brought out and everything looked good. Food was flavored nicely and tasted good.

Food is excellent. Service always starts out great then kind of tapers off. After we get our food we get one last check by our waitresses and then its like they completely disappear. I always have to go ask for my check. Has happened all 5 times we have been here. I marked them down by 1 star only because they do not have a military discount. I prefer to spend my $$ at Military friendly places and there are a LOT of those in Springfield to choose from.

This was our first time at Mario’s and overall it was a good visit. The food was hot and the portions were generous. When we were there they also had half priced bottles of wine. The calamari was a bit undercooked so I gave the rest 4 stars instead of 5. We will return for another visit.

As we walked in the hostess was so helpful! Got us a high chair too. The food was terrific and so was our waitress. We were there for a birthday party and she made everything run smoothly even with a full room. Our visit was 12/12/21. Would definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful experience! We stopped coming back from a trip and when we entered, a fellow customer stopped us and told us how great the food was and boy was he right! We had the best cheesy bread, pizza and waiter!! 10/10 recommend!
