I ordered door dash and they had my dasher wait a whole hour and gave them my food when they closed. I ordered at 8 and food wasn’t received to my dasher until 9. WHEN THEY CLOSE. So my dasher brings it and I ordered two chicken fried rice and appetizer egg rolls and they only give me 2 eggrolls and they gave me noodles instead. The noodles were over cooked and soft and on top of that there was a HAIR! A long nasty hair!!!! I threw both of them in the trash and didn’t even eat it. And I couldn’t even call them because they were closed.

Ordered online with the delivery. com option. When my husband went to pick up the order, the hostess was rude and said the order was never confirmed and was never placed. Confused my husband asked how to confirm and hostess asked someone and said the order was never confirmed. So I go up there to show the text and email where order was confirmed and paid for. The hostess snatched my phone and took it to the back, came back with someone and they looked at tablet for a while she turned around and gave me my phone back and told me they were working on my order. When I asked what happened, she very rudely stated that I should not order online anymore because the orders don’t always come through. Then I asked for the preferred method of ordering, she stated the phone but that the number online was wrong and walked away. To top off the rude service, the food was very over priced for what we got and very bland. Ordered chicken terriaki and spicy tuna roll, stir fry noodles, egg rolls and dumplings. The chicken and rice was very dry and flavorless, the noodles were bland and the veggies were bad. The veggies in the egg rolls were rancid and the tuna in sushi was old. Very disappointing as I have heard great things from the Mario’s in Crane. I was hoping the food would make up for the rude service but no. Do not waste your money here. Do not recommend. Would not give any stars!

We tried this place for the first time tonight. I had heard good things about it over a year ago. Well this was a huge disappointment. Volcano is the place to go and this restaurant does not compete. The food was not seasoned other than throwing chili powder and water. The rice was not steamed it was the sticky rice from the sushi bar. Which is different. The meat was dry and the shrimp are not as fresh as volcano. I read reviews and they said Mario doesn’t cook here at the Odessa location anymore. Whomever is cooking needs to step up their game. Everything tasted like water. Never will try anything besides volcano again.

This place wasnt good. I would not go back. It was bad service, bad atmosphere and mixed food review. One plate I got was the venus was great but the other waa the Tiger roll, I mean how embarrasing, no pride in your food whatsoever. The avacado was actually brown and black just bad. The waitress was so rude. They have no lemonade, no kid friendly. Just noo. Miso was ok. Total paid was $46, not worth it.

fried rice was dry and salty, the shrimp was sliced in half instead of whole shrimp and they forgot the soy sauce. The sushi roll was the only good part of my meal I would have enjoyed it more w/ soy sauce!! the eggs roll were good.

I miss Mario’s actual cooking. The shrimp in my dish were cut in half, and the noodles were REALLY overcooked and mushy. The chef at the Harless location in Odessa, needs to step up his game. I believe Mario wouldn’t want this low quality cooked food served to his customers, the ingredients are good, it’s the cooking methods that are WAY off. Its his good name, and his impeccable reputation that bought us back. So I was greatly disappointed when I was served this meal. My friends also were disappointed in the cooking technique of the noodles, the beef dish was good with only the actual beef being great tasting. The chicken was a bit dry as well as the fried rice, according to my friend. We as a group have vowed to go to the Crane location to actually see Mario. So my shrimp dish, even the leftovers was a definite NO for me. So sorry Mario, you spoiled us when you lived here in Odessa.

If you ask for spicy… be ready! No warnings.. no medium. It’s regular or inferno hot! Tried to order sides of rice. No help! We just left and went elsewhere… after we paid of course. Overall disappointed with the atmosphere and a staff yelling at the TV watching poker. Not very professional at all. I guess we expected more…. won’t recommend nor return.
