Decided give this place a shot last night (8/29) and ordered large mushroom/sausage pizza. Looked good but they slice their sausage horizontally long and thin and apparently they use canned mushroom. Took a big, hungry bite and it was by far the saltiest pizza I’ve ever eaten. Almost as if someone decides to have fun and pour salt on it. First i thought it must be the sausage.. nope! The sauce was ridiculously salty. How do you make such an awful sauce and think it’s ok to serve it in all of your food? Don’t they taste their ingredients before? I couldn’t finish my second slice and tossed it. I’m all for supporting local businesses but I’ll try a different pizza shop.

I have been to the store after read some reviews. Wanted to try their basic pizza so did half cheese and half Buffalo chicken large pizza. Staff who took order over the phone was polite and friendly. He made sure what we wanted. Went to shop at the right time mentioned in the phone and service was fast . This store has lot of legacies and owner seems loves car show so he does help to host one . Love the interior and would try here again.

Have you ever eaten somewhere, and the food isn’t bad, but everything is a little bland, or it’s the recipe in the least amount of ingredients possible? That’s how I would describe it. Nothing wrong, but its the same food you’ve had for 30 years.

I have been ordering pizza here for over a year for my family. We have zero disappointments. It’s delicious every time. The staff is always friendly. Mario himself can be found behind the counter sometimes and always with a friendly smile. Skip the other places with the forgettable and inconsistent service. Choose a place that still has the warm feel and service of a neighborhood restaurant.

My husband and I have lived in the neighborhood for almost two years but just tried Mario’s for the first time last night – wish we would have gone sooner! We got a cheesesteak, buffalo chicken pizza, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious, especially the mozzarella sticks (we both agreed they were some of the best we’ve ever had!!) We will definitely be going back!
