We ordered from here a few times about 2 years ago when we first moved to the area, the place was a disaster and the food was always late and always wrong. We gave up and order somewhere else from then on. Today I was reading reviews and saw it mentioned a new owner and some pretty good reviews. We decided to give it another try since there are new people running it. Well it was well worth the risk. The food is delicious, it was ready perfectly on time, the woman in the front was very personable and friendly. And the prices were reasonable and the portions were great! French fries were fresh and hot, calzones were cooked to perfection and stuffed full. Great place we will continue to order from here now that the new owners have turned this place around. If you’re considering giving this place a try or another try, DO!

Starting with the customer service it was absolutely excellent the woman upfront was the most kind hearted and pleasant person I’ve probably ever met in my life. First time going here after seeing it next to the notary we came out of. I haven’t even got home to try the food yet but I had to write this because the customer service was above and beyond Having never been there before , we just ordered off the menu. The lady waiting on us , figured what we ordered would be cheaper using a coupon and getting even more food than what we ordered. I’m so thankful to these small businesses who are being shut down left and right and are doing everything they can to please their customers. Thank you again for the terrific and kind service. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious pizza and calzone. Not only did it taste amazing, but the smell was so fresh and legit. It’s definitely on our list of top pizza places. Definitely will be back tomorrow for more. We love the new staff and management. Everything new amazing love you guys. Great customer service amazing people.

I’m sorry to say but my experience with Marios Pizza in North Versailles has been one of the worst experiences I ever had with a place that prepares food for people to eat. The owner lady was so rude to my wife after they messed up her order that I will never order from there again. Nobody wants to eat a rude person’s food. I’ve personally have experienced rudeness before at this pizza shop but I decided to give them another chance. But my godly patience has ended this time. Pizza is not a necessary item in life and there are way more nicer and professional people in the area that makes good pizza. This business has a lot of growing up to do, but I choose to take my $$ elsewhere. I would’ve given a zero rating if it was available.

First and foremost, I have ordered from them for almost two years. When I first started to order from them the quality was there easily 5-stars on the food, we would spend at our establishment of work up to $100 a trip out. You would wait a little for your food because it is a busy environment in the area, but you would overlook that because the quality was there.

This place is pathetic. I understand that being a little late on a delivery is acceptable but not when it’s over an hour late. We ordered pizza at 9:20 PM and didn’t receive it until almost 11:20. During the almost 2 hours my girlfriend called to ask where our pizza was. At this time it was about 10:30 which was over an hour from when we ordered. The lady on the phone said that the pizza was out being delivered. So after another 40-50 minutes we finally got it! Now having common sense would tell me that the pizza is probably cold so, to my surprise, when I open the box the order was completely messed up and cold (half pepperoni and mushrooms and half pineapple). The pizza had all three toppings all over the pizza. At that point my girlfriend called the store back, eventhough they were closed, and explained our situation all they said was they could give me a damn discount. I told them I wanted a refund because I was not going to eat a pizza that is cold and was messed up (my girlfriend loves pineapple on her pizza but I absolutely hate it). Needles to say I have to call back the next day to hopefully talk to a manager and get a refund since we threw the pizza out. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

This establishment is under new ownership and therefore needs a new review. My old review was on account of my life being threatened with a knife a few years ago. Today I still get threatened, but only with a Sandle tap if I try to refuse a free drink or snack . As a Hispanic, that’s just normal love. It’s like family now. And o yeah, the food. Incredible! I get a buffalo chicken and a cheese pizza every week. And haven’t had a bad hoagie or wedgie yet. She goes out of her way to ensure good quality and makes you check your food before leaving. Which only displays confidence in my opinion.

I called this place at least twice on Friday, June 24, 2022 at different times during the day and no one picked up. I don’t know if an incident of some kind happened at their place that prevented them from picking up their phone, but in any case, I am not happy.

Ordered the 24 piece wings as advertised thinking they would be 18 dollars. Was not told you could only have one sauce. So they charged me 10.50 a dozen… when the food was delivered the hoagie we ordered was cold, the wing sauce was all over everything. We called about the price of the wings and the manager was very rude to my fiancé and said and I quote “you’re not the first and nothing we can do about it honey”. Very rude! Well they lost our business and we order pizza quite often. Do not order from here!
