Took my mother out to eat, she ordered what she always gets, chipotle shrimp. As soon as she tasted her food she noticed something was different and did not continue to eat it. She called our waitress over and sent it back requesting it to be taken off our check. She came back saying the manager would not be taking it off our check since they checked it in the back and everything was just how they make it. We then spoke to the manager and she justified it by saying “ we’ve been serving this place all day and no one else has said anything”. When we told her we did not want to pay for something my mother did not eat, she then said she would charge her own waitress because it wasn’t fair for her to throw away a plate that they had no fault in making. That’s pathetic…… do not come here unless you want to get to eat left over food from the previous day and get sick.

The manager is simply unprofessional. We returned a dish we always get because it did not taste the same and even caused my mother in law to completely lose her appetite. The manager stated she was still going to charge us because they had been selling it all day and no one else had complained. To add on to that she stated she would charge our waitress for the returned plate because they found no issue on their end. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Disgusting.

Horrible customer service on top of them stealing your money. They need to be investigated for stealing people’s money. Total on order was $15.10. Paid with a $20 dollar bill plus 10 cents. Got $4 dollars back instead of $5 dollars. When I asked why they were shorting me a dollar, their answer was that they don’t give change back. This makes no sense whatsoever because I gave them the 10 cents. Ended up putting it on my card instead and they ended up charging an additional $4 dollars because they doubled the taxes after that. I do not recommend this place and on top of that the food was not even that good. Do not go here unless you are okay with them stealing your money. If I could give hem 0 stars I definitely would! This is unacceptable!!

The portions where surprisingly large I’ve gone to some sea food places that serve disappointing portions,but not this place there food is tasty and so are there fries.The place was pretty chill when I first went inside,restaurants staff is also pretty friendly I recommend there orchata as a starter drink its pretty good as orchata gets.

Horrible experience! We always travel as a group and we’ve always been able to separate our tickets. This restaurant didn’t want to split the tickets and once we finally got our tickets split they were overcharging us about $70. We all payed for our food plus tip and the manager still had the nerve to come and tell us that we didn’t want to pay. Horrible customer service! We stayed over an hr trying to figure out the ticket and clearing things up so the waitresses wouldn’t be blamed only for the manager to come out and be very disrespectful. Food was not good either! The manager needs to learn more about customer service! We will never come back! If you look at the ticket you can clearly see how they tried to steal from us. How did it go from $211.75 to $267.75? They also charged more margaritas then we actually had. I guess they thought they could cheat us because we were a big party.
