Great selection of drinks. I had a spicy jalapeño margarita and the flight of margaritas. The bartender carefully garnished all my drinks to make sure that they were perfect. Food was very fresh and delicious. The chefs accommodated for my wife’s dietary restrictions. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Tried Mariscos unexpectedly, not knowing that they took over Mi Cancun. Its a tad more upscaoe and they upgraded the decor. They have a huge menu, which to some extent made it harder to order since there were so (too) many options. Food was very good and fresh. Good portions for what we ordered. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The guacamole was very creamy and sweet and wonder if it was mixed with something else. The margaritas were pricey but with the typical, large bowl for glasses. I prefer a better quality smaller portion. Looked like they were preparing for some live music which could be interesting. A little pricey and also had an upcharge for using credit card.

Walking into Mariscos, you’re welcomed by pleasant hues of dark colors with spashes of green that are very pleasing to the eye as well as a nice selection of various liquors behind a very well made see through walk in. The front bar had this outside feel to it with the flora draped around it. The staff were very courteous, quick and sharply dressed and had a light atmosphere about them which made the experience more comfortable. The menu had a good selection of seafood and Mexican foods. My sister ordered the flautas de Pollo and I the burrito norteño. Well sized portions that well definitely fill you in one setting with a good presentation, especially on combination dishes. The alcoholic drinks were made well and very smooth with no overpowering notes by a seasoned bartender. The food taste wise is above average, with the flavors being slightly muted but to be expected since a burrito doesn’t have much in ingredients. But looking at what others were being served, I’m sure the taste was phenomenal. Will definitely come back for the service and the seafood.

I have dined twice at Marisco’s (soon, I understand, to be called Carajillo’s) and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times, as did my companions. The food, the atmosphere and the very attentive service were all first-rate. I highly recommend it to any and all. Please spread the word. . . I want this place to succeed!!

I don’t normally give 1 star reviews. But, was served burnt chips, our waiter barely spoke English, they only post in spanish on Instagram, was told the my beer was one price and charged another, the air conditioning was not working, I will stop there. The food was good, but not worth the prices charged.
