My husband and I tried this place out for lunch. I can state the service was good, the atmosphere was not hype just a simple, but enjoyable. Now the food was REALLY GOOD & A Big Portion!! I got Shrimp w/ Cilantro Sauce & he got a Chicken Fried Steak. All I can say is HANDS DOWN!!! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! I would definitely drive 2hrs to bring the Family to dine in!

This is our stop before heading to Laredo Texas. It use to be El Paraiso sadly there food can’t compare to Marisco El Jarocho. The Chicken fried steak has a new home in Texas! That’s found here

We visited it’s smaller predecessor twice two years ago and food was delicious. We enjoyed it again. The shrimp dishes are excellent. I’m vegan and could have rice with delicious grilled veggies..nice and spicy too. Large portions, reasonably priced.
