The food is definitely modeled after the cuisine from that Ensenada region as the sign indicates. A year and a half ago we were in Rosarito and that is pretty much the same food that was available everywhere we went. It is slightly different in some respects from what you might find at other Mexican restaurants in town. The food was very good. I got the shrimp chimichanga. It had a lot of shrimp in it. The beans were good but the chips didn’t impress me. I’m a mild salsa guy so I can’t really judge the salsa other than to say it was hot. I should have asked if they had a mild sauce. If you like hot stuff, you’ll enjoy this salsa. My friend got their big bowl of seafood soup which I have included some pictures of. It had a little bit of everything in it and he said it was absolutely delicious. They have lots of refreshment offerings including adult beverages for those who imbibe. They have a full-service license. We were seated immediately, drinks were brought to us within minutes and our order was taken. We did not wait long for our food. If I had one recommendation for the owners it would be to always have somebody in the dining area to take care of needs as they arise. Unless somebody was taking orders or bringing out food, there was nobody in the dining area. I’m guessing they might be short-staffed. But do give them a try because we need more diversity in our restaurants and this restaurant brings a fresh take on Mexican food. They could use some good reviews for sure. I think it is the service that is bringing down their reviews more than anything. I’m glad that I went and I’ll probably go again.

This is authentic Mexican seafood cuisine. Spanish menu and Spanish speaking staff. Prices are a bit high… But the food quality is great. We enjoyed the Oysters Ensenada and the shrimp chimichanga. Service was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. I felt like I was at one of the restaurants at the pier in Cabo….We just missing the ocean…

Food was not only bland it was disgusting! How can you possibly make bland fajitas!??!? Zero flavor whatsoever and over cooked, mushy vegetables.

Went there to eat after long drive to st George cause it said it was open until 11 EVERYDAY! except we got there at 930 and they were closed. Might want to change internet and take that sign off your door if it isnt the truth!!! Very disappointed

Waited over 90 minutes for 1/4 dishes that were decent. “We’re understaffed” is the excuse, however, there were only 3 tables that were visibly taken, the rest were empty. Tacos were pretty much left uneaten. Fajitas were actually good, but no condiment was brought out (sour cream, pico, cheese). Two tortillas (or pay more) came with them. Pretty much a warning that unless you’ve got all afternoon to sit in a hotel restaurant, stay clear, and only order the steak fajitas. The rest you’ll either leave uneaten or return, which we didn’t, Waiting another 90 minutes for something else wasn’t on our schedule. Please note: Fajitas are $26.99, $28.99 if you get more than one meat. Pretty expensive.

I always love eating here! The food is great and the service even better. Not to even mention how clean everything is. If you ever want Mexican Style Seafood this is the place to go!

The food was bland. Only three tables were being served and the waitress took a very long time to ask about drinks. She came back later and asked if we were ready to order. We said yes. She walked away, I guess, to get an order pad and came back five minutes later. She dropped off two plates of 4 and went to clean one table. We got her attention and asked if we could have napkins and where the other two plates were. She said they were working on the other two plates and she would get napkins. She came back in another 15 minutes with the plates and napkins.

Food is expensive for what you get. Place has no ambience. My friend got her fajitas without the tortillas and 10 min later I got my food and she got the tortillas. The seafood was fine but I would not go back.
