Amazing! Cant believe I almost missed it. It’s behind Vista Paint! If you’re craving some shrimp, mexican anything, this is THE place. I got the shrimp ceviche tostada and the burrito pictured by the owner (conleches (sp? Pronunciation?) – shrimp with green sauce roasted onions, cabbage). Might just be the best burrito I’ve had in Chula Vista so far–and that IS saying something. Delicious!

The black aguachile tostada is good but it’s really not black aguachiles, the taste of bottled hot sauce they add to their mix overwhelmed everything. Sad. I was also not impressed with their choice of tostadas, it’s like a big corn chip, instead of the real Mexican tostada that gives it that authentic taste.

BEST fish tacos! Who knew you just had to find this place behind Vista Paint on 4th Avenue in Chula Vista, very close to Hwy 54? These are much bigger than your usual food truck fish tacos. They are super fresh, cooked to order so there is a little wait but worth EVERY minute. They have many more items on the menu that we can’t wait to try! The free seafood consomme is super spicy. This is a MUST TRY if you love food truck Mexican seafood specialties!

Each of these pics are different days, you can tell I go pretty frequently. Well let me tell you, I CANT GET ENOUGH. I love their agua Chile, I’ve been coming for years now and I can’t help it. Me & my co-workers go here for lunch from time to time. One of the best taco trucks in the area. Today I had a fish taco, carne asada taco, and an adobada taco. I only wanted my fish taco plain, the other two with everything on it. However, all three ended up being plain. Someone messed up in communicating that. No worries, with some added hot suace & chipotle, I was good to go. This place is very popular and gets crowded during throughout the day. Always clean & staff is friendly. Chck them out.
