We always have an enjoyable meal when we eat here. They Coke is always delicious. Today we shared a Ginger Sesame Salad with chicken and a French Dip. The chips that come with the French Dip have a great seasoning and they come in this cute little bag. I always get the lemon ricotta cookie. It is awesome!

I love Nordstrom’s Cafe.the service is always impeccable and the food is freshly made with quality product. The Cafe decor is looking a bit dated and they no longer do service from the line out front but it didn’t diminish my great experience. I’m a self proclaimed foodie. It feels strange to be leaving a review for this place. I’ve been here twice. Both times; the service has been amazing. The servers don’t have the typical role. It’s a cafeteria style, sort of. Order at the counter and the food is brought to you by the servers. All of which have been extremely attentive and kind but not pushy and annoying. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The interior is a little a dated and seats worn, but they are still plush and comfortable. Almost relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle of the mall. The food is a little pricey but delicious! We have not been disappointed with any of our meals. This is such a nice surprise in the mall, an excellent option if you hate food courts like I do. The only concern is tipping the amazing wait staff… you pay at the counter for the food. There’s an option to leave a tip. I make sure to bring cash and leave directly. This place is great!

We were here last summer and thought something was off. However, we ate lunch and it was ok. Today 01.16.2023 we came for lunch, but didn’t stay. It was cold, the carpet had an odor like Denny’s and nothing is inviting. Hospital cafeterias are more pleasant. Surely they could do better.
