Absolutely delicious! We got the Good Morning breakfast and the Original Gyro. The food was flavorful. The chili cheese fries were okay, they were made out of canned chili and liquid cheese sauce which we didn’t expect. But the gyro meat was phenomenal!

This place was chosen because the Original pancake house was too crowded. The fried chicken was amazing! The crust was fried to a crisp perfection and it wasn’t greasy (yay). The waffle was ok and the hash browns lacked flavor. The waitress was curt..maybe she was overworked. We felt rushed as we were ordering.

I am in a rehab facility and my daughter picked me up a salmon omelette it was delicious along with the hash brown potatoes one of my nurses asked me where did I get it and so my daughter let me know so I could tell her but I thank you so much for the delicious food and I will be coming back and when I get home I’m going to make a visit so I can sit down and eat and again thank you so much it was a wonderful experience

Thecklk was excellent, eggs for the omlet were exactly how the should be, cook through, light and not at all overdone. Hash browns are from a bag of frozen instead of fresh and hand cut so I went with grits. Prices are about the same as similar coney Island restaurants. Overall a decent place to get a meal.

In the midst of crisis this local family diner delivers quality, friendliness, patience and love for their customers. I wanted to write a review today and noticed I did 2 years ago. We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a big breakfast since we wouldn’t be having dinner until late evening. We went to The Original Pancake House but they had a 45 minute wait. I’m glad we didn’t wait! Went to Marko’s instead and they were crowded but had seats for us. We had Eggs Benedict, pancakes, eggs over easy, hash browns, sausage, bacon, ham and toast. Way to much food and all for less than $30! Everything was great. Fluffy pancakes. The ham seemed like it was craved off the bone. The service was perfect. This is one restaurant I’d recommend to anyone. BTW the lunch platters we saw on other tables looked great! Next time I will probably try a burrito.
