Our family loves the pizza and wings. We’ve never had an issue. We recently tried the boneless wings and wow – those might just be our new favorite! They have a seasonal calzone, the strawberry is hands down one of the best desserts I’ve had especially with the icing it comes with. We live outside of the delivery area but take the drive to pick it up, that’s how much we enjoy it!

Been ordering from them a while now, I usually pick the pizza up my self, it’s usually very good. Today we decided to have it delivered, let’s just say that the pizza we ordered wasn’t like the others we usually order. So 1, either the store made a mistake, which is understandable or 2, they didn’t make a mistake and thats kinda scary that what we ordered didn’t arrive like we usually get. My suggestion to the store is put a sticker on the pizza box like other restaurants do for the protection of their customer, the delivery guy and the store, because if the store made a mistake, than the delivery guy might get blamed for something he didn’t do, or vice versa….

I’ve been ordering from marks forever. My husband and kids love the food and so I ordered today and I did it early knowing they would be busy for the holiday also it’s my sons birthday and he wanted wings. Let me tell you it’s the worst ever!! The wings were barely cooked! Like not crispy at all, barely no sauce! I ordered 40 wings with 4 different flavors and all were just awful! Normally I wouldn’t complain but I’m so disappointed and it was really bad!

The manager Ben answered around 8:50… I live in Newfane and had been trying to get through to the marks out here for at least 20 minutes to no avail… I don’t drive and there was no other option for delivery once marks was closed. Ben, went out of his way and brought me my order after leaving work. Amazing and such a nice guy. Shame on you Newfane marks….. Lockport, y’all are CLUTCH AF XOXO♥️
