I’ve eaten at Mark’s for many years, all different locations. Normally good food, but I don’t know what happened at the Merchant’s Rd location. Pizza seemed under cooked and the dough was very rubbery. This is not the first time. I figure we all have a bad day once in a while, but this is like the 3rd or 4th time there has been an issue with the food. I don’t think I’ll be eating at that location anymore.

Called in order and very friendly person took the order. Steak sub and 10 wings. Was done on time they said would be ready and why I was there I order two pizza slices. They were very busy but handle everything with only 4 people working.Wings a little over done and very small but ok, everything else good. Tip them $20 , five dollars a piece for each person there working.

We recently ordered a large pizza and 20 wings, 1/2 mild and 1/2 sweet n’ sour. The pizza was not cut through all the way so all the cheese and toppings slid off into the box and the dough was under cooked. The mild wings were so dried out they weren’t edible. The sweet n’ sour wings had almost no sauce on them and were mushy. There was not even much sauce in the container they came in. We did also get a bottle of soda-best part of the order. Spending $50 on dinner to throw most of it away and then to order Chinese, made for an expensive night in our household. We were going to call and ask for a refund but decided to cut our losses and never order from here again. We based this upon reading so many negative reviews and figured just add one more to the bunch. The price of wings have come way down in price so not understanding why they are still post-COVID pricing. Greed is a horrible thing and it is up to the public to do their part and let merchants know it is not okay. So, rather than eat out more often because it is affordable, we have to keep it to a minimum due to the high cost. So, to have an experience such as this is shameful and letting food go out like this should be a crime.

Great food and customer service! Ordered chicken finger dinner and large pepperoni pizza. My 4 and 6 year olds devoured the fingers and fries, and the pizza was baked to perfection. It is on the thicker side (which seems to be common in Rochester) but cooked through – no reaching the middle of the slice and biting into raw dough, which is one of my biggest complaints with many pizzas in town. Will definitely be ordering again!

Worst pizza I ever had.. we ordered the 2 medium 2 topping. There was hardly any toppings, the broccoli was brown and had a horrible taste. Pizza was greasy. I used to get Marks when they were on Monroe Ave. used to be good pizza. Will never go back..

I’ve gotten pizza several times here before hoping for a different result but the pizza is always subpar. The staff are great and polite and I give the pizza the benefit of the doubt each time (as it’s made presumably by a different person each time) in hopes that it’s a good pizza, and yet to actually get one I liked. They’re edible at least.
