At 6 a slice im over it. Been stopping for a light meal since it was an affordable. For real materials for a entire pizza is still around 4-5$, still, you’re basically charging the same for one slice as an entire pizza and throw away the rest. Six slices would be 40$ and dude slices are a draw in, not disgusting opportunity of “mark” up…. Why not actually just sell slice for a decent price! At this much I can go across the street and get a real meal. Sorry mark. You’re fired. Definitely not worth it.

Hadn’t ordered from here in a really long time. Ordered a calzone and first of all delivery took a long time and went up a dollar up to $6. When I called to see how much longer it would be I was simply told the driver wasn’t back yet so it “should be soon”. By the time I received my food it was luke warm. They also used to be generous with toppings. I ordered two types of cheese and there was barely one’s worth of toppings in it. I considered calling and asking them to remake my order but didn’t want to wait another hour for delivery. Would not recommend ordering from here. Very disappointed.

Old world pizza was very good, though the wings could have been a bit crisper. Asked for extra blue cheese/celery in separate container and that didn’t happen. Both were buried under the wings and were hot by the time I got home…otherwise, it was good.

Worst pizza restaurant I have ever been to. Never received the order that I placed for a weekend night party. When I called the restaurant, no one answered. Then I learnt that the restaurant had closed at 10 pm. They didn’t have the courtesy to call up and inform that they would not be able to deliver the food even though the full amount for the order was already paid. Unreliable. Terrible customer service. Stay away.

Having just recently moved to the Rochester area, I only saw the advertisement for MARK’S PIZZERIA on TV. Said to my wife, “that’s a pizza we have not tried yet.” I Googled the restaurant and found a shop only 1.5 mi away. I went in to the store, ordered, and waited for my order to be cooked.

I’ve loved Mark’s Pizza since I was a kid. What I don’t love is the employees at the Buffalo road location being so lazy they leave at their dumpsters open so that on windy days all the trash blows around in Westmar plaza. I’ve brought this up multiple times but maybe the right person will see this one ⭐ review

They’ve delivered on time, multiple times. With their coupons it’s a nice deal for decent pizza! Delivery driver was very nice. When you use coupons, pay it forward to the delivery driver!

We go to Mark’s in Gates often. We’ve never been disappointed! The service is great, the pizza is good and they have great coupons online. We ordered pizza from them on Superbowl Sunday and even though the place was packed with people waiting for their orders, they handled everything professionally and with a good attitude!
