They don’t tell you it’s cash only until you get to the window. I ordered 2 lbs meat they gave me enough onions and cilantro for 4 tacos. $40 not happy won’t wait 30 min in line again for this place.

Enchiladas Mexicanos with the papas rojas are my favorite hands down! But coming in a close second is the mole, served only on Mondays! Flour tortillas are perfect with the perfectly cooked chicken. Cash only.

Arrived as the lady was very kind and quick to take order. However, when I opened to eat and share the meal it was noticed to be in a purred form. It’s grease exceeded the meats content, but mostly tasteless as well as the sauce. On a positive note, I had been there before where the meet was much more intact than todays. Please educate me was I supposed to identify the meat differently at the time of purchase? I’d like to return for meat that suites a taco? Not squashy or purée.

It’s actually ZERO STARS!! Everytime we order barbacoa at Marroquin’s we request Cachete Entero (whole cheek meat) and we NEVER get what we request!! We paid $21.00 for 1-1/2 pounds this morning and we got at least half a pound of lengua!! Other times it’s been brisket!! What’s the difference? Lengua and brisket are dry and stingy meat
