Food is 5 outta 5. But service was pretty bad. The staff was rude, acted like we didn’t know what we were doing because we had never been there. When it came time to ask for a box to take leftovers home, they brought us a box that had already been used and laughed at me and rolled their eyes when I asked if I could get a clean box. They did give me one, but acted liked I was being a pain.

I ordered 3 subs Sunday, very disappointed! I got a club and it had 1 piece of ham, 1 piece of Turkey and 2 strips of bacon! Three little pieces of lettuce, no cheese! Sub bun was burned and tasted burned! Italian sub same way as for the pizza sub! I have eaten here several times and was always great before! Won’t be ordering for a while! Very disappointed!!!

We’ve been getting 5 Star/Marshall pizza on most Mondays for over a year. Lately the quality of the pizza has slipped severely to the point that tonight is our last order from there. The bread of the pizza tonight is so thin that the pizza cannot even hold its form without being folded. It’s truly terrible and this is not the first time. It seems like there is no quality control or consistency and enough is unfortunately enough (I gave two stars because the quality used to be superb and I hope the restaurant can get back to that before folding like their pizza).

It’s not the best pizza I’ve had, but it’s probably the best in Marshall. Nice new location. Service was pretty good, have to go up to order and get your own drinks, but they’ll bring the food out. Seemed to be good ingredients and a crisp yet chewy crust. Overall good experience. Have ordered a few times since and I feel like they still have poorly trained staff, unfortunately. There’s no real feel they are concerned that your are going to be happy with your order. Pizza is still better than others.

We used to love this pizza but tonight was pretty disappointing. Soggy crust on a thin crust pizza, and the gluten free was burnt terribly. I also paid for double bacon and I am not seeing much of it. It will be a while before we try again.

We are new to Marshall but found 5 Start Pizza quickly. We had ordered pizza there before and thought it was the best. Tonight we pick up our pizza and when we got home found it to be terrible. The crust was a half inch thick and half cooked. We drove back and returned 3/4 of what was best described as not edible pizza. We were given a $5.00 credit for a $12.00 pizza that we had given a $2.00 tip. Very disappointing.

We loved this place when it first opened, but the pizza we got from them tonight was VERY disappointing! The crust was soggy, it had way too much sauce on it, and it had barely any cheese on it! My husband ordered extra cheese and barely got any!

Oh my gosh. I love the pizza here! I haven’t had something this good in a long time. I always make extra time to pick up a personal pizza whenever I have meetings in Marshall now. The staff is super friendly as well! They get their work done fast, but still make time to chat with the customers.

New waitress did very well. Food is too heavily processed. Fries were obviously not from fresh potatoes, and Cheesecake was too frozen to eat. I would rather have 1 “fresh” potato than 3 frozen potatoes.
