I planned a birthday party here. I talked to the manager Sam who welcomed the event with no issues. We brought our own cake, plates, and table cloth. During the party, the staff came in several times to clean the table off so we could eat the cake and present the gifts. Everything time we asked for to-go items or ask questions, the manager Sam and the staff were responsive with a smile. The food portions were large, the fried okra was fried on demand, and the sauce was tasty. I would recommend a casual party for any occasion.

The service is always quick you’d never have to wait a long time. The food is phenomenal. I took family here on Father’s Day and they were like this. The Brisket we have ever had. What this hidden gem. Also the workers they’re always so friendly. Like they are happy to go to work lol.

The customer service is the BEST!!! I walked in at 7:59 thinking they closed at 9 but they closed at 8…asked if I could order something to-go and everyone was so kind!!!! The food tasted AMAZING and the service was seriously some of the best service iv seen in a long time!! Thank God we live close by because we will definitely be returning!!

My daughter said the Mac n cheese is better than Chick-fil-A. Everything was very good. Really like the Kansas City sweet BBQ sauce. Atmosphere was homey. Not crazy about the other sauces. They were okay. We’ll definitely be back.

This place serves up some really good barbecue! They have a friendly welcoming atmosphere! Very quality food! The sliced brisket, hot links and ham are really great! Butter beans with diced ham are awesome! Cole slaw is good. House barbecue sauce is tasty and complements the meat. They have a bunch of side choices. This place is worth checking out, drive through dine in or carry out. Complimentary peppers, chopped onions, pickled jalapenos, pickles, mustard, sweet relish, Mayo, peppermints etc…

I tried the 3 meat plate with ribs, jalapeño sausage, and chopped beef. My sides were green beans and mac & cheese. The portions were good. The meat wasn’t tough, but it wasn’t the most tender either. It was somewhat bland overall and I didn’t like their sauce. I’ll give them 2 1/2 stars.

Good place to eat after a 15 hour fasting Great butter beans; okra needs more salt/seasoning; coleslaw better than some I’ve eaten; and bbq is tender. I love supporting family owned restaurants. Toni one of the owners super nice and Sam carried my tray to a table without me asking even. Super sweet thing to do for me and first time anyone has done that while using my cane / wheelchair. Best butter beans I’ve eaten in my life!!

A great place for BBQ. Beef, chicken, turkey and pork is all AWESOME. The sides are amazing as well. Did I mention fried pies? They offer dine in, carry out and drive through. Fantastic food and great service.
