Placed online order. Place was so busy waited in line for 20 min just to pick up an order that was already placed and paid for. Then he forgot my 2 sides of bacon. Went back to the store a couple hours later since they don’t answer the phone when you call and there was a lady at the front as cashier who was rude and accused me of saying the previous cashier took my order when I clearly told her I had came in earlier today for a pick up order and showed her my order on my phone and pointed at the man who was the cashier who handed me my food earlier. She told me that I said he took my order when he didn’t since it was an online order. I said I didn’t say that I said he was the cashier. And I said thank you and walked away and as I walked away she made a comment under breath not loud enough to hear as I’m walking away. Don’t accuse your customers of things they didn’t say when you don’t have any listening skills to your customers!!! Will not go back. 2nd poor customer experience. The food is decent though. I think Cracker Barrel is way better than this place by far.

My first time visiting. I’ve seen them around since moving to GA. A little slow. An hour before closing. Kinda lazy acting teens working who need better supervision. But. The food was good. Hot. Fresh. Best onion rings I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely go for breakfast sometime.

This is no comparison to Jimmy Carter. This had to be the worst tenderlion egg and cheese biscuit. Then the hash brown wasn’t even crispy. They had to get me another one. If you order a hash brown you want. Chris, you’re not sitting there. Trying to eat a greasy potato.

Usually it’s great but this just not okay… biscuits seem old, gravy is extremely thick and peppery the sausage overcooked and the bacon undercooked. Highly disappointing since it’s the only thing I really wanted coming home for the HIPAA’s.

Will never come to this location again. Crazy crack heads in the parking lot standing in the drive thru, stale bread on my sandwich and the lady in the window confirmed no mayo on my sandwich and gave me one that was completely drowning in it. Last week I came here and the fries were inedible because of how old they were. The only good thing about this store is the cute curly blonde boy who talked to me in a Mickey Mouse voice. That’s the only reason y’all get more than one star.
