I’ve gotta say, I don’t complain a lot. Usually I just move on with my life and forget about poor customer service experiences, but today I just had to speak my mind about the consistent poor service I receive from the same person every week. So every week I buy my staff breakfast which usually runs between $90-$100 each week. I had been going to the Martins on Canton Rd and the lady over there was always so nice, she remembered me every week and always made it a pleasant experience. I believe y’all may wanna consider sending Miranda over to that store so she can see what good customer service should look like. Since I’ve been going to this location, I have been made to feel like my business is a total inconvenience for Miranda. The first time I ordered here I decided to go inside and Miranda helped me and I know I get larger orders than most, but she just seemed annoyed by my order. I didn’t say anything, I just went about my day. I’ve gone here a couple of other times and there was a gentleman at the drive thru and he was very nice. So today I go to get place my order and mid way through my order Miranda cuts me off and proceeds to tell me that I really need to call my orders in rather than go through the drive thru. I get what she’s saying but the way she said it was just very matter of fact and rude how she approached the matter. I consistently spend about $400 a month here, but after the poor service from Miranda has me feeling like my business is not appreciated so I will take our weekly order somewhere that doesn’t make me feel like I’m such an inconvenience.

If Waffle House and a Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit had a baby, it would be a Martins. If you ain’t had it yet, you’re missing out. Intersection is pretty dangerous though, try to set your self up to turn right in and turn right when you are leaving.

I asked for two sausage and egg biscuits and was charged for it however I get to work and I end up with 2 plain dry sausage biscuits. My coworkers kept telling me Martin’s is the bomb. Three times I went and it was disgusting. Last time I went I ordered a chili and coleslaw hotdog and all I got was a warm hotdog with coleslaw on it on a near stale bun. Whoever’s leaving positive comments literally have no taste buds or any idea of what real food is. 3rd time was definitely the charm for me. Dairy Queen is better than this and Dairy Queen has horrible food.

Horrible food. Half cooked and leftover smell. I am a fan of country food especially gravy and biscuit, but this place has west cobb’s worst county food. I normally go to stillsboro biscuits and its awesome. This place is no where near. I can make much better gravy and biscuits at home. Biscuits are very dry and over done. Big no no to this place.

Why do they Make part of your biscuit in the back and then push it to somebody in the front. The person in the front inevitably comes up to help on the cash register, hands food back and forth with customers that have been made improperly, handles money etc., and yet they go put the cheese or gravy on the biscuit and then touch all over your food. One person should do all this in the back and save the lack of sanitation.
