The last 2 times I’ve ordered ordered pizza it was overpriced and the person on the phone was very rude. Better customer service may be considered? And why is there only 5$ difference between a large pan specialty pizza and a small pan pizza? Why wouldn’t someone inform you of that instead of just taking all the money you can and be rude to a paying customer. I’ll never buy their pizza again.

I ordered a pizza from Mary sacco’s on n dixie hwy it only had maybe 10 pieces of black olives very little green pepper n onion not to mention hardly any Italian sausage or pepperoni. I’m gonna go back next week n see if i can get the rest of my pizza for another $19.00 NOT…..

I’ve been ordering pizza from this establishment since I moved to the area in 2020. The pizza is good and I’ve never had a single problem until today. My husband and I called to place an order and the manager stated that we were banned from ordering there. When asked why she had no reason and stated that another manager put the ban on our account without any explanation. We have never had any issues or confrontations and it is insane that a business would refuse to service someone without any explanation. My only guess is that someone else was banned with a similar cell phone number and the ban on our account was a mistake- but there is not explanation for customers that have been nothing but loyal. It is terrible business to make someone feel like a problem when we have been loyal customers. I will be making sure to tell everyone I know about this as well.

Called for delivery. I am 4.2 miles away from this location and located on N Dixie in newport which is the same road this location is on. Was told that the 7 minute drive down the street was to far and out of their delivery range. All good Buscemi‘s did me right, Thankfully they are only half a mile away from Mary Sacco’s pizza on the same street and where happy to take my order. 2 stars because its great food when they aren’t being this actually dumb.
