Ordered wings 4/11/23 but I didn’t eat them all the same day. Today (4/12/23) as I’m finishing my wings and I get to the last few, I find a black strand of hair. My hair is all red so I know it’s not mine. This is super gross.

Love my local Maryland Fried Chicken. Food is always fresh and good. Generous servings. Only chicken place that doesn’t split their breasts…you get whole breasts in a breast box or dinner. Their wings are excellent with multiple choices of dipping sauce. Their catfish fillet dinner is delicious as well as their shrimp. Staff always friendly, eating area clean, and drive through is fast & they usually have moderate to long lines.

Every time I order food from here and get it home, there’s always something missing. How hard is it to mess things up where you don’t even put the whole order in the container. I live 20 minutes from town so I can’t exactly go back to have my order fixed every time something is wrong. Y’all need to get it together

Called in a order and I get there 15 minutes after I called it in. When I got there I paid and got my drinks and seen them put bags of takeout on top of hot bar. I sat there 20 minutes for food that was already ready when I got there. Both plates of food was dry and the fries were cold. They need people who pay attention and have better customer service skills. That will be the last time we ever go there.

This was my mistake I left the review for the wrong location nevertheless the owner reached out to me himself of this location and made right on it even for the other locations negligence. I am giving this location a 5 star review due to the owners ethical standards. We appreciate businesses that still exist like this and this is where folks should spend there money knowing that not only is it going to a good business but your protected by integrity when ordering and eating your meal.
