We were there around 6 and they started getting real busy. Only 1 girl waiting on everyone. Not the best service. We had to initiate all service requests and even go to the counter to get our ticket to pay so we could leave. The food is always excellent!! The stuffed avocado was fantastic and I was able to keep on my KETO eating plan!!

Best bean and cheese burritos! Sometimes the most simple of meals are the best and Mary’s knows how to make it right. We will be back for sure. Also, the young boys at the register were kind and very professional. (We got it to go).

I ordered what was pictured in the middle on the front of the menu. I think it was the birria stew. It was delicious!!!! I would definitely order it again. My wife had chicken enchiladas. She had 4 enchiladas on the plate. She said they were delicious.

The best Mexican food in Gilmer hands down. The birria tacos and the birria ramen (both pictured) are great, and my wife has enjoyed the enchiladas, tamales, etc that she’s had from here and she can be very picky about Mexican food. Wish they had longer hours during the week, but I guess that makes it more of a treat that we can only get it in the evening on Taco Tuesday.

Normally I love eating here this was my first time sitting down they serve salsa and chips as I scanned the restaurant I noticed we were the only ones not offered chips and salsa. When I stood at the counter waiting for my table to be cleaned I was asked what I waved to drink I said water I didn’t receive that until after my food came out. Imma just stick to calling in my order everyone should receive the same treatment no matter how busy you are that’s what keeps people coming back!

Recently moved to Gilmer and needed a good taco place. I’ve found it with Mary’s! I got 5 of the Al pastor tacos with green sauce on taco Tuesday for a little over 5 bucks. Such a good deal! I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu.
