I have been coming here for about a year now like twice a week and I have never had a bad experience and the food is amazing each and every time! So healthy and full of flavor and very authentic! Where do I began… I don’t know if I went on a bad day!!!! The food was HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered Efo, meat pie and Pepper Soup…. TERRIBLE!!!! #1 RED FLAG was the presentation of the food on the hot bar… then when I ordered my selections, I was asked if I wanted it to be heated up… Just know I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I wasn’t pleased . I called in a order and no one asked for my name nor told me a total. I asked how long would it take she said 5 mins I get there 18 mins later just to be asked what did I order and it still had to be fixed and they were finishing up making the pounded yam so I waited 15 more mins there .. I’ve had Egusi soup at other places and it looked like the picture and tasted very flavorful this place it was more vegetables than egusi it looks nothing like how egusi should look Also had a strong taste of tomato sauce and I don’t know why I ate it of course because I was very hungry but the flavor wasn’t it for me and the chicken was very dry but the pounded yam was pretty good I couldn’t believe they asked if I wanted my food heated in the microwave I know I won’t go back here it’s like a lunchroom vibe with not so good food .
