Great flavor. Eggplant in brown sauce were delightful as well as the Chinese broccoli with garlic stir fry. A must order is the sweet and sour pork rib, our only complaint? Plenty of bones, little meat, small portion. Even though the salt and pepper fried fish were crunchy and tasty, the dish consisted of small pieces of fish covered with more than enough thick batter, the ratio is off. Overall good flavor and cooking.

Me and my wife were trying to find a dumpling restaurant and seen this place. We came over and was greeted very nicely. We ordered the juicy pork dumplings, pork wonton In chili sauce and fried dumplings. They did tell us that it does take a little longer for dumplings to be made and cooked, but honestly I’ve waited much longer at other restaurants for a cheeseburger. There time frame from order to table was very reasonable! Once we got them they were very hot and fresh, and man they did not disappoint on flavor! I’m very glad we seen the spot and went in. I highly recommend this place for dumplings.

My niece gave me a heads up on this place for dumblings because they’re handmade to order but when I got in there I ordered kungpao shrimp and then wontons in chili sauce and all I can say is it was the highlight of the day. The food there is really authentic super super flavourful and fresh. I’d drive another half an hour just to go eat there again.. I’m going there this Friday and I’m gonna try their dumplings.. And the owner there is really friendly and very sweet.

The “soup” dumplings are the reason we started going to this place. Now we try something new each visit. The food is fresh and made to order. The service is great, always kind with a smile. You won’t be disappointed in what ever you choose to order. My personal favorite is the spicy fried fish.

Veggie dumplings was yummy. They don’t add egg in veggie dumplings that’s the cool part. Customer service is good. The waitress and the counter Girl greeted good. And the dumplings was just good enough for me to dip in chilli oil and enjoy the dumplings.Definitely will try next time.

We ended up in this part of town looking for some good Asian restaurants and we were pretty happy we found Ma’s. We had planned on going to another one but it was too busy, so we settled on this one. It was after 8pm on a Tuesday so it wasn’t very busy…. We had a serve of the pork dumplings and also the vegetable dumplings… they were very tasty… the instructions on the wall were handy.

Came here today for lunch. My son said he wanted to try dumplings for the first time (he loves Asian cuisine). My wife and son are rather picky and both of them loved it. The dumplings are made fresh so it can be a bit of a wait but worth it we got the chicken dumplings. My wife chose the chicken chow Mein and she practically finished the entire plate. Everything was delicious just when you go please know that when you order, it is a family styled restaurant. You do share the plates and they bring you smaller plates to eat off of.

So delicious! We took a chance based on the photos in the window. Best food we’ve had in Anaheim so far. Quick service, really sweet server. Stir fried Green beans, shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef, juicy pork dumplings were all excellent. Didn’t care for the bbq pork bun, but didn’t mind since the rest was so great. Highly recommend!

Dumplings are delicious! Made fresh by hand so takes time to get them. Order appetizer while you wait. The soups are also a highlight. Service is friendly and attentive.
