Had to drop my 5 star to a 4 star rating. We ordered 3 tacos for each of us. We asked for flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas. The waitress took our order without writing it down which always worries me. They brought me 3 and they were corn tortillas. My wife only got 2 of the three she ordered and hers were also corn tortillas. They fixed the problem and made it right for the issues. I am more impressed when the wait person writes the order down and gets it correct than when they try to impress me by trying to remember it and get it wrong. The food and drinks were excellent.

The first thing I noticed how great the atmosphere was. All the wait staff and bartenders were very good looking. And I haven’t even gotten to the food yet. The complementary chips and salsa was very good and fresh. Unusually large chip bowl. I ordered the chicken tortila soup and was very tasty with lots of chicken breast meet. I will definitely be returning when I’m in Fort Collins. I highly recommend it

Was excited to try Mas Fuegos for dinner date night. I LOVED the menu – clever names for cocktails always make a great first impression, not to mention their version of the Paloma was out of this world. The food was delicious from the Mexican Street corn and Queso we had for appetizers to the Steak Fajitas & Beer battered shrimp tacos we selected for entrees. We were talked into trying the Key Lime Pie for dessert and it was the best Key Lime Pie I’ve ever had.

We enjoyed our date night! It was our first time checking out Mas Fuegos and I can say we will be back. The drinks were very good, mine even had rose shaped ice, which was a nice touch. We split the surf and turf and it was so much food we were glad we split it. Brandy was our server and she was excellent. I would highly recommend Mas Fuegos!

First time here, and for Mother’s Day. Staff really hustled, server was excellent checking in with us at appropriate times, food was delicious and beautifully presented, and atmosphere roomy and inviting. Enjoyed the variety of choices on the food and beverage menus, and plenty of seating with a bar and restaurant side areas.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in town (although note: It definitely isn’t authentic Mexican and more American-Mexican fusion). But their vegetarian options have all been great! Some of the best vegetarian food I’ve found in town. Also love the margaritas – especially the prickly pear ones!

The food was really delicious, each had a different type of bison tacos. Our server, Cian was very nice and the food came right out. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. The decor is modern Mexico with nice clean look. Outside patio is nice with a small rock waterfall.

The atmosphere and vibe of the entire restaurant are amazing. From the patio with waterfall, to the entire bar area, to the staff, everything had a positive feel. Looking over the menu everything looked amazing but the Steak fajitas jumped out at me. The steak was probably the best cooked I’ve ever had, and the Chipotle sweet potato side was a pleasant surprise. A trip here wouldn’t be complete without taking a look at their drink menu. It is quite extensive, but having a sweet tooth my wife and I got the churrotini, and a horchata drink. Both drinks tasted great making for an decadent warming desserts.
