Shrimp was not deveined so the whole order had to be thrown away. Person taking the order was not forthcoming in how to order when asking about the ones that are numbered. Told us to just tell him what we wanted. Got an order that wasn’t correct and shrimp that couldn’t be eaten!

We love the sweet and sour short ribs, closest thing to Toa Yuen we have found, the staff has ALWAYS been friendly and outgoing, the only issue I have is with the Egg Foo Young, inconsistent, one day it’s really good, the next time we go, it’s not good at all, so I just don’t order it any more, The fried rice has been good! I only wish they had Beef Chow Fun, we love it and miss it

Very good food. I’ve been going to Bings almost my entire life and Ma’s food is practically identical. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good Chinese food. The combination plates are perfect for 1-2 people and reasonably priced to boot.

It was observed twice that Donny has taken a napkin from a dirty used table and went into a clean pile to be used for future patrons.There still is active covid variants in this area at this time. I as a customer definitely, unknowingly wouldn’t want to be exposed to a contaminated napkin on our table.

I had no intention of reviewing this restaurant, but after reading the owner’s response to another customer decided to rate my experience. Twice I have been to Ma’s and both times someone in my party was served raw chicken. No one should ever have to ask the server to fix this, because it should never happen in the first place. As an owner you should be apologizing for errors made and offering to correct them,, not blaming your customers for your incompetence.
