I ordered the three tacos with rice and beans plate and….it was truly awful. I ordered the birria as the meat choice. Birria is known for its over the top spice and flavor but this was very dry and had next to zero seasonings. The portion of the rice and beans was tiny and they were both extremely bland. I have no idea how this restaurant got rated almost five stars! I didn’t enjoy anything about the meal I ordered – it felt like a waste of almost $14. I do not recommend this business.

It’s a 4.5 for me. Take the consistency issue out (meat tastes bland and dry once every 5 visits) and this is not only some of the best priced food but some of the best tasting food you can get in Harrisburg in that sub $15 a meal category. The meat is delicious, plenty of limes and toppings, salsa has some heat and lots of flavor, the pickled pepper is such a great touch. It’s really good. Vegetarian option is beans/quac. Delicious, but I wouldn’t order 3 of them.

Drove through the town and found this place to drop by for lunch…. SO GOOD. Ordered the beef tongue burrito bowl to go and the sauce was delicious and the perfect amount of spice. Beef tongue it self was so tender and they did not skimp out on portions

Delicious food. I enjoyed the taco combo with chicken, pulled pork and beef tongue. Everything had excelent flavor and was really tender. The beans were okay, but rice was good. Simple, traditional corn tacos.

I don’t remember both of the young guys names in here that have served my friends and I, but their customer service is top notch. The food is very good! Good flavors and lots of really good options. If you want quick, friendly service Masa is the place to go!

Awesome! I am so happy to find a place in Harrisburg that sells fantastic lengua (cow tongue) tacos! I have had this dish in a few other cities, but MASA puts more meat on their tacos than any other place I’ve seen. The flavor was excellent, and it was a hearty meal. The sauce was not as super spicy as I expected, but it was quite flavorful anyways… and they might offer a really spicy sauce upon request?? The workers I encountered spoke English perfectly (unlike most other authentic restaurants I’ve encountered), so don’t hesitate to go if you don’t speak Spanish. Make more restaurants like this place, Harrisburg!
