This place is so good. We ordered lamb biriyani, aloo naan, roti, palak paneer and boneless lamb Tikka masala. So. Good. Flavors were awesome, everything was hot, staff was nice. Definitely coming back. We eat a lot of Indian food too and this was definitely one of the better restaurants.

The biryani was pretty good and I really liked the aloo panak. The dishes are made to be eaten with plane rice and naan though. Speaking of naan it wad good, not too doughy with just the right amount of butter. The lamb vindaloo wasnt like in england so dont worry about it being too spicy. The mango lassi tasted just like mango pudding from dim sum…which is definitly not a bad thing. Good food and you can watch them make everything while you wait.

Tasty!! I love Indian food and am happy to have this local place nearby in Linda Mar. they were fast to prepare our order and even gave us a free rice pudding. Butter chicken and veggie korma were excellent. I thought the saag paneer lacked a little flavor. Also it was all very mild which is great for my husband and son who don’t like too much spice but you can ask for spicier if you like that (will get at least one spicy dish for myself next time). Definitely going to be one of my go to takeout spots.

Amazing Indian food in the plaza close to Linda Mar beach. The staff are super nice and the service is generally really quick. Today was really busy and the wait was a little longer than normal so the guy at the register gave me and another lady sitting there some hot chai tea while we waited to pick up takeout. I came home to find they had also given me a free rice pudding with the other things I ordered. Feels like a friendly neighborhood place, tastes authentic, and is convenient for takeout. It is a gem in the plaza by Safeway. Highly recommend the butter chicken 🙂

Wow. We really wanted a good local Indian restaurant, but this ain’t it. I should have known when I walked in. The floor, and probably every other surface, was covered in grease. My shoes stuck to the floor, which was absolutely blackened with filth.

Pretty let down. If you’re going to charge extra for rice the rice should be good, but its not basmati and tastes old. Butter chicken isn’t anything special, tastes closer to Campbells tomato soup than it does the richness and savoryness of good butter chicken. Naan is flat and dense and disappointing. Almost 20 bucks for a whole meal, was hoping for better.

Perfect spices; they handle mild as well as spicy flavors well. The naan was a work of art, both crunchy outside and soft inside, the korma sauce was amazingly creamy and had lasting subtle flavor. Vegetables were cooked just right, not overdone or excessively crunchy. We went back a second time a couple of days later.

I was skeptical when I first walked in, but the food is AMAZING!! Legitimately one of the best meals I have ever had! We ordered the Chana Masala, Garlic Naan, Vegetable Biryani. All were ridiculously good! ***WARNING: SPICY!*** I am Indian, so I am used to spice, and even I was panting. So if you can’t handle spice, make sure to tell them to tone it down.
