At MasFajitas, we take great pride in preparing from scratch our Salsas, Guacamole, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Chicken, Ground Beef, and much more. The history of MasFajitas started over 20 years ago when brothers, Albert and Mario Sorto Learned at their uncle’s restaurant in Houston many of the great recipes we serve today.
They took their knowledge and hard work to open the first MasFajitas location in Caldwell in 1997. We now have six locations in central Texas; Caldwell, Taylor, Round Rock, Georgetown, Killeen and Bryan College Station. One thing has remained consistent during these decades of hard work, their passion for fresh and flavorful food everyday!

I ordered the stuffed fried avocado with need fajitas and a carnita enchilada that it came with. It was good, had the right crunch and texture when biting into it. Not to tough or to soft. The mango chamoy margarita was absolutely perfect. Enough alcohol to where you only need one (I am no light weight either but one was perfect). My waitress was attentive and polite.

My husband and I visited Mas Fajitas for the first time and we ordered the fajitas. The food was great and the waiter Jessica was Awesome! Even though she had multiple tables she was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. And we loved the music. We will definitely be back.

Anyplace that is affiliated with Christopher Chavez will be nothing less than excellent. I’m used to booster seats and high chairs, but there’s even a device to place infants in their car seats. We ordered from all over the menu, and every plate was delicious. The greeters and waitstaff were friendly and helpful. The drinks were exquisitely made. I’ve eaten here probably 8 times and the food is consistently good. Their salsa is a bit oniony but that is about the only complaint I can give. I’ve tried both the beef and chicken fajitas and I try to eat something different each time I come, ive yet to be disappointed.

I catered Masfajitas at my wedding and they did a great job!!! We did a taco bar with a combination of meats and toppings. Everything turned out delicious and was a huge hit. It was a blessing to have good quality food without breaking the bank! They even were so kind despite a huge fumble on my part of putting the wrong address on the order *forehead slap*.

Needed quick dinner on Wednesday evening so dropped in for tacos and they were pretty good! Beef was good, chicken was even better! Both soft and hard taco shells were good. Complimentary salsa was flavorful too—little bit watery but good. Chips were good.
