The lady who took our order was friendly. Seems to be take-out only still. The food was not very good though and could barely finish it. The egg roll had a strange aftertaste to me. The chicken and fried rice were so hot when we received it that we had wait quite a while before we could even eat it and it tasted dry and overcooked.

It’s been a while since we have ordered, but needless to say we will not be ordering from Mason Wok again. The chicken is literally all breading with one or two pieces of fat. Couldn’t even be saved drenched in the sauce. The shrimp is poorly cooked, not even an attempt at deveining and the lo mein is fettuccine noodles at best. We called to inquire and the lady who answered was less than accommodating and hung up on me when we asked what could be done to resolve the issue and I ultimately asked for a full refund so we could order from somewhere else.

My green curry could only be described as… teal, at best? It had a very unnatural blue hue. I also noticed pieces of green pepper that looked as if they were going bad in it. And the veggie egg rolls that I paid $4 for 2 were literally just spring rolls. All around not my jam. They were also closed for dine in on a Friday night, which should have been my first red flag (I understand there are still effects of the pandemic, but its 2023 and I can’t think of any other restaurants where dine in is closed). I hate leaving bad reviews, but I was so excited and this was such a disappointment.

The sushi was so disgusting. The ones that were supposed to be cold were warm. Made me worried we might get sick. They didn’t even get the order right. They added fillets of fish on the top of each roll. I specifically ordered the ones that wouldn’t have it. I’m not even home yet but am super worried we might get sick from the pieces we did try. Really need to up their game or close their doors. By far the worst meal I have had in years and I will never go back.

Not the place to get Chinese food in Aurora, Oswego or Montgomery. The only kinda good thing here is the chicken fried rice. I ordered 3 dinners of sesame chicken, but the chicken was dark and hard to bite on. The worst part was the disrespect and rudeness of the young Chinese woman in the front desk. I was looking at the menu as it was my first time there, she seemed rushed trying to get me to choose as if I was dumb ordering food. I won’t say anything more, go ahead and experience it for your self. Don’t forget to let me know how was your experience here for the first time, if you ever dare to go. *ps I know some people are used to the way their culture is, but some people are not and we only want to be treated with respect and kindness.
