Foxx in a box
Signature Massey’s taste and cut but that’s about it. Prides itself as the Cadillac of pizza and prices itself similarly. Be aware that this location does not seem to accept coupons, even those from its own website. Will be visiting a different location if we want the Massey’s experience in the future.

I ordered a carry out pizza tonight. I went to pick it up and there was no cars in the main parking lot and 2 guys out back smoking. I go inside to get my pre paid pizza. There’s another 3 employees inside and no customers. I tell the guy my name and he goes back to look in the oven and I hear him say oh ####. He brings me my pizza opens it up and says how’s that look. I look at the bottom of the pizza and it’s totally burnt. He doesn’t even apologize just says I can make another one. No thanks. Not waiting around for 20 minutes while you go smoke. I’ve been a Chef for 25 years. Nice customer service and a total waste of labor. Pathetic

I had asked for a Taco Salad and was rewarded with this plastic bowl full of lettuce, olives, and two spoonfuls of Taco meat. One sour cream for the whole bowl and we actually ordered a double meat Taco salad. Needless to say there wasn’t a double anything on it. The staff was great and inviting, but I really don’t appreciate wasting money on a subpar meal.

Made an online order with an estimated time for delivery of 1 hour. After waiting an 1.5 hours I called the store and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. Order was finally delivered 3 hours after placing the order and food was extremely cold, dried out, and some items were incorrect.

On a Friday night at the Delaware restaurant I ordered standard pepperoni and sausage pizza and the “great Guido” sub. The sub was $10 and was much smaller than anticipated. Honestly it was nothing special. The pizza was delicious but again, nothing special. The total check came to $30 and I did not quite get what I paid for. I’d give it a B+. The girl at the counter needs to be better trained to speed up and not quite socialize as much or make a show out of looking the watermarks on the cash. I’ll probably be back but won’t make a special trip or anything. I will try other menu items maybe as the pizza and definitely the sub was good but not great.
