Ask for extra sauce in any items, pizza was good(not “oh wow” but good. Chicken Parma was dry (a lot of pasta). Slow to get refills, for our first time here we learned quickly patience is needed 😉 over all it was okay.

I love pizza! I always look forward to my visits to Columbus to try different pizza restaurants. Massey’s pizza was a huge disappointment. The garlic cheese dippers were awful…the bread was dry and tasteless….we threw it away. The thin crust pizza was fair, but there was way too much cormeal on the bottom making the pizza gritty. The brownie bites were good…best part of the meal. I won’t be back or recommend Massey’s pizza.

Was there over 20 minutes without being waited on or even acknowledged. The waitress wearing a Stealers shirt walked by me 3 times. The guy behind the bar looked at me several times. They weren’t short on help as I saw plenty of workers there. I did notice that the patrons at the bar had no issues with keeping there glasses full! Oh and yes, I left!!!

Took my kids to have Lunch at the Heath Massy’s pizza today 8-4-23 with their one grandma and great grandparents and the greater took 15 minutes to seat us at an empty table we could see while drs ding there and then we were never acknowledged once we were seated and no one came over and said hi I’ll be your server or anything and when we asked the greater if anyone was going to come over she had the look like it was a bother that we asked her the question. So after 30 minutes of never having anyone come to our table we ended up leaving. This was the worst service I have ever had here. No one seamed to care and hearing people others that were around us say they placed an order 30 minutes ago and still didn’t get it was also a big part of why we left. Won’t be going back.

The service was good but their selection was very limited. The only pizza they had on the buffet while we were there was cheese, pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, apple dessert pizza. I have been to other Massey’s buffets and usually there was a better selection.

Party of 6 with 4 adults, 2 kids. Went in for lunch. After being ignored for :30 after being seated, we ended up leaving. After :15, we had asked the young lady standing behind the counter/cash register if we could order some drinks. She said she would take our drink order, then she walked away after doing so & never came back. They “asked” the server assigned to our table if she could take our table & she ignored us. She took care of the tables beside us. Wish I could say this was the 1st time getting extremely poor service at this location, but it is the norm. We grew up eating Massey’s pizza from parents on down. Unless it is Pataskala, Gahanna or Westerville locations, we won’t bother anymore. Definitely will not be going back to this location. They don’t even try to hide the fact they’re ignoring you & don’t want you there. This location hurts their brand!!!

The pizza here was pretty good. I ended up getting the Sicilian style pizza crust which was a deeper pan dish pizza. And I guess the reason I liked it so much was it was different from anything else around this area. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were clean but our waitress wasn’t very good. May have been her first day or it was towards the end of her shift and she was ready to move on pretty fast. I would definitely go back here and try it again.

Great family atmosphere. I like the layout of the dining area tables and seating. Also like the TVs everywhere on the walls. Great selection of sports or other programs to watch. Good music on jukebox system.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Had to ask the hostess to see us. 20 minutes later nobody had come to our table. Asked the hostess again and she took our drink order. My husband stood at the buffet for 15 minutes waiting for pizzas. They kept saying they’re coming right out We waited 40 minutes!! Still no one had come to our table! The people at the next table said they had been waiting over a half hour. We left and went to Olive Garden. We started going to The original Massey’s In Whitehall
