This review comes after the second time I’ve visited the place. The first time was for their grand opening last year in June for my birthday, and it was amazing. Service, atmosphere, and food were perfect. This second visit however, marred their score. Our male server was great, and very courteous. Our female server was not so much towards me, but to another member of my table. The floor manager however, was nice to us but proceeded to berate the male server in the dining room but in Spanish, I’m sure that nobody would understand, but me and my party did. The food was as amazing as always, however they forced us to use their paid water, when the first time the water was free. Not only this, but they completely ignored our reservation which marked my birthday. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Cute place, service was awesome.. Only thing is, they didn’t pay attention to the green/red side. So for those who don’t know, when you’re at a Brazilian restaurant, they give you a card. One side is green which means “BRING THE MEATS”, and the red side means “not right now”. My husband and I had our cards on the red side the whole time we were there, yet they kept coming over with the meat. The 1st 3 times we were like OK, maybe they didn’t SEE the card, maybe because it’s only us and 3 other tables here, it’s a slow night. But no, as more and more people came in, they did the same thing. To the point where I just stopped accepting the meat when they would come over. Plus, some of the meat was mushy, dry or just not that flavorful. The buffet food was good though. I gave the place a 4 because the AC was PUMPING, and with not that many people in the place it was COLD!!

Master Grill was a wonderful experience all around. The skewers of beef were delicious but the best part of the meal was the amazing salad bar. They had a cheese station and a prosciutto table. Various varieties of shrimp and a great lobster bisque soup. What else can you ask for. Tiffany my server could not have been more than gracious getting my skewers of beef made just how I like them. She was also extremely accommodating in her service, kudos to her and the restaurant.

pleasant ambience (a bit too dark) with immaculate waiter/waitress service. However, the website should be clearer with regards to the menu options and how it works for non-steak eaters and children. I wasn’t aware of a buffet style option (which isn’t my go to anywhere/ never been a fan of buffet style eating). After ordering drinks and asking for a menu thereafter, we were advised of the buffet option (which was my only choice) my family and I don’t eat red meat. Therefore, I went with the buffet option since seafood was an option and its was exactly what I expected. Fruit flies flying over the fruits and salads with no covers. The seafood was room temperature and rubbery (due to being overcooked) the white rice was 1/2 cooked I was chewing on hard rice. I tried the mashed potatoes it wasn’t creamy or pleasant either. I had an overall poor experience if drinks weren’t ordered we would’ve left. However if you a steak eater and into buffet style eating this place will work for you.

Service was great, however food was not. Buffet table had something for everyone, but unfortunately, everything was cold, under seasoned, not tasty, or a combination of the three. Rodizio was more or less the same; underseasoned and found myself using the salt shaker for every piece of meat. Not to mention, every steak was severely over cooked and dry, felt like the word master in the name of the restaurant should be changed to novice. The garlic steak, chicken and pork belly were so bad I had to spit them out and could not even finish eating them. Compared to Fogo de Chao, I’d rather spend the extra money and go there for more or less the same experience but at least the food tastes better. Would still pick carvalhos, bairrada or brasa Rodizio ANY day of the week over this place and will likely never come back here. EXTREMELY disappointed and a waste of $150 (for 2, after tip).

The place is off the hook!!! One of the best salads bar!!! Our waiter Miguel with the best!! All the requests meats where fresh made the only thing is the pork belly is not like the pictures on the Facebook ad even tho I messaged them to make sure they had it but it was still off the hook!! The busboy where the best and they bring u the refill with out asking!!! The best Brazilian steak buffet in New York!!!

YOU NEED TO EAT HERE!!! This place is awesome!! If you love meat, and all different types this place doesn’t disappoint. Even if you don’t like meat the hot/cold buffet area has tons of delicious options. My friends and my fiancé have been here at least 8-10 times since they have opened. Every time has been awesome but this last time was an amazing experience!! The food is always full of flavor, the drinks are always full and the amounts of different cuts of meat seemed endless!! Their service is consistently great but that night their staff was top notch! Especially their head server/host, Emilio!!! He is one of the biggest reasons why we continue to come back!! He is always welcoming, delightful, understanding and extremely courteous!!! He makes you feel like a celebrity when he sees you entering the building. That man, Emilio, is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise!!! We will continue to come back for the great food, the awesome experiences, and above all the excellent service!!! Thank you master grill staff and especially Emilio for always taking care of us!!

The food, the service, the atmosphere fantastic. Tablecloths…stylish cutlery and plates. The buffet options were fresh and very well maintained and replenished. The restaurant was clean and prices were reasonable. Their special of 19.00 for the buffet only was great and the additional 10.00 if you wanted to add the various meat options off the skewer.

My family and I ate there yesterday for lunch and enjoyed ourselves. The food was great, their lobster bisque is pretty good and so was the sangria the service was amazing, everyone we came across was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant and atmosphere is very nice and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. We will surely be back again in the near future.
