It was my first time eating here. I was thoroughly impressed! I’m not from around here and wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new. I got the spicy noodle soup and it was excellent! Spicy, but not too spicy.

Having been to the other two locations I was extremely excited to know master noodle was opening a MOA location. They offer same variety of dishes I did notice $1 more in cost (which is understandable considering moa rent is high).

The service and food was good, I tried the steamed pork buns and they were good though I think they are press molded rather than hand wrapped, the dipping sauce had great flavor. I was only disappointed in the serious lack of seating and cleanliness in the shop. I know at MoA seating is at a premium but I had to walk over to the food court south to find a clean table to eat my food at.

Food was mediocre. Garlic chicken pineapple fried rice had no garlic flavor and was very bland. Mongolian beef stir fry noodles were a little bit better. Had a lot of noodles, very little beef. Person working the register/taking orders was not friendly. I should have stuck with my gut and gone to Panda.
